Abstract: هدف البحث إلى تعرف متطلبات تفعيل البحوث التربوية والنفسية في العملية التربوية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق، وفد استخدم في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم الاستبانة كأداة في جمع البيانات، وقد طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (66) عضو هيئة تدريسية وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة الموافقة على الاستبانة ككل كانت بدرجة كبير جدا، أي أن درجة الحاجة إلى المتطلبات على الاستبانة ككل كانت بدرجة كبيرة، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا على استبانة متطلبات تفعيل البحوث التربوية والنفسية في تطوير العملية التربوية تعزى لمتغير التخصص (تربية، علم نفس)، ومتغير سنوات الخبرة، مع وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لمتغير المرتبة العلمية لصالح أستاذ مساعد.

The research aims to find out the requirements to activate the educational and psychological research in educational process from the viewpoint of faculty education in Damascus University. This research used the analytical descriptive approach, also used a questionnaire as a tool in data collection, it has been applied to random sample consisting of ( 66 ) faculty member. The study results showed exceedingly high degree on the vocabulary of questionnaire, so the requirements is very necessary and the results showed a lack of statistically significant differences on the questionnaire requirements to activate the educational and psychological research in educational process due to the specialism (education , psychology), the years of experience variable, and there were statistically significant differences between the grade variable in favor an assistant professor.
