|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة التربوية في دعم الرفاه النفسي للمعلم في الفصل الدامج عند استخدام منصات التعلم الإلكتروني خلال جائحة COVID-19 حينما أجبر المعلمون على استخدام نهج وطريقة تدريس جديدة تعتمد على التعلم عن بعد باستخدام منصات رقمية تعليمية لتسهيل التعلم الهادف؛ مما شكل نوعا من الضغط النفسي للمعلمين بشكل عام ولمعلمي التعليم الدامج بشكل خاص. واستخدمت الباحثة طريقة المراجعة المنهجية للدراسات السابقة وهي واحدة من أنواع المراجعة الأدبية التي تستخدم في الطرق المنهجية لجمع البيانات الثانوية. واشتملت الدراسة على عدد من الدراسات العربية والأجنبية المتعلقة بموضوع الرفاه النفسي للمعلمين، وباستخدام نموذج برما للرفاه النفسي وبدور القيادة التعليمية في الرفاه النفسي للمعلمين ونقص باستخدام المنصات التعليمية في التعليم عن بعد، كما أوضحت الدراسات أن الأدبيات تميل إلى التغاضي عن الدور الضروري الذي يقوم به المدير في القيادة التعليمية كقائد في دعم نفسيات ومعنويات معلمي التعليم الدامج بالتحديد أثناء التعليم عن بعد واستخدام تقنيات ومنصات حديثة، ومن هنا جاءت الفجوة في البحث لأن العديد من الدراسات المتعلقة بفعالية وتحسين المدرسة تظهر أن مديري المدارس يلعبون دورا مهما في خلق الابتكار والتغيير الناجح في المدارس.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of educational leadership in supporting the psychological well-being of the teacher in the inclusive classroom when using e-learning platforms, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when teachers were forced to use a new approach and method of teaching based on distance learning using digital educational platforms to facilitate meaningful learning, which constituted a kind of psychological pressure for teachers in general and for inclusive education teachers in particular. The researcher used the method of systematic review of previous studies, which is one of the types of literary review that is used in the methodological methods of collecting secondary data. The study included a number of Arab and foreign studies related to the subject of psychological well-being of teachers and the use of the Burma model of psychological wellbeing and the role of educational leadership in the psychological well-being of teachers, and the lack of the use of educational platforms in distance learning. The studies also showed that literature tends to overlook the necessary role played by the principal in educational leadership as a leader in supporting the psychology and morals of inclusive education teachers, specifically during distance learning and the use of modern techniques and platforms. Thus, there is a gap in the research because many studies show that school principals play an important role in creating innovation and successful changes in schools.
