|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على تأثير التمكين النفسي على سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية بالتطبيق على الهيئة التمريضية بمراكز جامعة المنصورة، حيث بلغ حجم المجتمع (١٣٩٦) مفردة من الهيئة التمريضية بمراكز جامعة المنصورة. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (۳۰۱) مفردة عند نسبة خطأ 5% ومستوي ثقة ٩٥% باستخدام برنامج (Simple Size Calculater) وذلك باستخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS 26) وبرنامج (AMOS 25) في تحليل البيانات وتم استخدام اختبار ألفا كرونباخ وارتباط مصفوفة بيرسون والانحدار الخطي المتعدد لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين أبعاد التمكين النفسي وأبعاد سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، كما يوجد تأثير معنوي للتمكين النفسي على أبعاد سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، كما لا توجد اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أراء مفردات العينة محل الدارسة حول متغيرات الدارسة وفقا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع- الحالة الاجتماعية- العمر- مستوى الخبرة).
|b The current study aimed to identify the impact of psychological empowerment on organizational citizenship behaviors by applying it to the nursing staff at Mansoura University centers, where the size of the population reached (1396) individuals from the nursing staff at Mansoura University centers. The study was conducted on a sample of (301) individuals with an error rate of 5%, The confidence level was 95% using the Simple Size Calculator program, using a simple random sample ,The statistical program (SPSS 26) and the program (AMOS 25) were used to analyze the data, Cronbach's alpha test, Pearson matrix correlation, and multiple linear regression were used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a significant correlation between the dimensions of psychological empowerment on the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors. There is also a significant effect of the dimensions of psychological empowerment on the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors. There are also no statistically significant differences between the opinions of the members of the sample under study regarding the variables. The study was conducted according to demographic variables (gender - marital status - age - level of experience).
