|a يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للبحث الحالي في تحديد دور المراجعة الاستراتيجية كنشاط مضيف للقيمة في تحسين عمليات التغيير الاستراتيجي بالجمعيات التعاونية بدولة الكويت، وذلك من وجهة نظر العاملين بتلك الجمعيات، وذلك من خلال التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين المراجعة الاستراتيجية وتحسين عمليات التغيير الاستراتيجي. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم تصميم قائمة استقصاء مكونة من ٣٩ عبارة، وتوزيعها على عينة مقدارها 251 مفردة من مجتمع البحث، وتم تجميع آرائهم وتحليلها إحصائيًا. وقد أظهرت نتائج تحليل البيانات إلى أن توافر مفهوم المراجعة الاستراتيجية بين العاملين موضوع البحث كان بدرجة متوسطة، كما أن معدل انتشار مفاهيم التغيير الاستراتيجي كان متوسطاً أيضاً، وتوصل البحث أيضاً إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المراجعة الاستراتيجية والتغيير الاستراتيجي بالجمعيات التعاونية الكويتية وفي نهاية البحث وفي ضوء نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات، تم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات التي تساهم في تعزيز دور المراجعة الاستراتيجية في تحسين عمليات التغيير الاستراتيجي.
|b The main objective of the current research is to determine the role of strategic review as a value-added activity in improving strategic change processes in cooperative societies in the State of Kuwait, from the point of view of those working in those societies, by identifying the nature of the relationship between strategic review and improving strategic change processes. To achieve these goals, a survey list consisting of 39 statements was designed and distributed to a sample of 251 individuals from the research community, and their opinions were collected and statistically analyzed. The results of data analysis showed that the availability of the concept of strategic review among the workers subject to the study was to a moderate degree, and the rate of spread of the concepts of strategic change was also moderate. The research also found that there was a positive, statistically significant relationship between strategic review and strategic change in Kuwaiti cooperative societies. At the end of the research and in light of the results of the statistical analysis of the data, a set of recommendations were developed that contribute to enhancing the role of strategic review in improving strategic change processes.
