|b Administrations are challenged by these transformations. A public administration is obliged to follow developments since it is required to ensure the continuity of the public service, which is constantly evolving. Having become aware of all the challenges of ICT and their impact on the modernization of the administrative apparatus, the Moroccan administration has not remained completely indifferent to the need for its modernization. Thus, several initiatives have been launched to implement a comprehensive program to develop the administration in Morocco. But the question which arises and which deserves to be elucidated is the following: what is the adequacy between the measures taken by the government and the reality on the ground? In other words, to question e-government in Morocco between the ideal and the real.
|d Les administrations sont mises au défi des transformations dues à l’internet. Une administration publique est obligée de suivre les évolutions puisqu’elle est tenue d’assurer la continuité du service public, le quel est en évolution permanente. Ayant pris conscience de tous les enjeux des TIC et leur impact sur la modernisation de l’appareil administratif, l’administration marocaine n’est pas restée tout à fait indifférente à la nécessité de sa modernisation. Ainsi, plusieurs initiatives ont été lancées afin de mettre en oeuvre un programme complet pour développer l’administration au Maroc. Mais la question qui se pose et qui mérite d’être élucider est la suivante: Quant est-il de l’adéquation entre les dispositifs pris par le gouvernement et la réalité sur le terrain? En d’autres termes s’interroger sur l’administration électronique au Maroc entre l’idéal et le réel.
