|a سعت الدراسة إلى بيان أثر أبعاد الجودة الشاملة في تعزيز الفاعلية التنظيمية (الأداء الوظيفي، التطوير التنظيمي، الرضا الوظيفي) في الجامعة المستنصرية من وجهة نظر الموظفين والكادر التدريسي، وذلك من خلال وضع فرضيات قابلة للاختبار وجمع البيانات اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة من خلال استبانة، حيث تم تحليل آراء 60 شخص من الأساتذة والموظفين في ثلاث كليات من كليات الجامعة المستنصرية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وتم التوصل إلى نتائج أهمها وجود أثر معنوي لأبعاد الجودة الشاملة على الرضا الوظيفي، كما تبين وجود أثر معنوي لأبعاد الجودة الشاملة على الأداء الوظيفي، كما تبين وجود أثر معنوي لأبعاد الجودة الشاملة على التطوير التنظيمي.
|b To demonstrate the impact of the dimensions of total quality in enhancing organizational effectiveness (functional performance, organizational development, job satisfaction) at Al-Mustansiriya University from the point of view of employees and teaching staff, by setting testable hypotheses and collecting the necessary data to achieve the objectives of the study through a questionnaire. Opinions of 60 professors and employees in three colleges of Al-Mustansiriya University using the SPSS statistical program. The results were reached, the most important of which is the presence of a significant impact of the dimensions of total quality on job satisfaction, as it was shown that there is a significant impact of the dimensions of total quality on job performance, and it was also shown that there is a significant impact of the dimensions of total quality.
