المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق الرشاقة التنظيمية للحد من البيروقراطية الإدارية في بلدية دورا، ولتحقيق ذلك، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقامت الباحثتان بتصميم استبانة بغرض جمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة، المتمثل بالإداريين في بلدية دورا والبالغ عددهم (55) إداريا، تم تطبيق أسلوب المسح الشامل عليهم جميعا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في بلدية دورا من وجهة نظر الإداريين فيها كان بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن تطبيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في بلدية دورا من وجهة نظر الإداريين فيها كان بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن مستوى البيروقراطية الإدارية في بلدية دورا من وجهة نظر الإداريين فيها جاء بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) للرشاقة التنظيمية على البيروقراطية الإدارية في بلدية دورا، وأن البيروقراطية الإدارية تتأثر بنسبة (65.2%) بإدارة المعرفة في ظل تطبيق الرشاقة التنظيمية. وبناء على ذلك، خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها: التأكيد على اتجاه بلدية دورا نحو توفير الموارد والمتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق المعارف التي يمتلكها العاملون في البلدية، وضمان سرعة نقلها وتطويرها، والعمل على إيجاد نظام إداري يتيح بنقل وتبادل المعارف بين العاملين، بسهولة وسرعة، لما أظهرته النتائج من تأثير إدارة المعرفة على الرشاقة التنظيمية والبيروقراطية الإدارية، والاهتمام باستحداث وإنشاء أقسام متخصصة في البلديات لمواجهة التحديات والتهديدات الحالية والمستقبلية التي قد تواجهها والتي تؤثر على تطبيق رشاقة الاستشعار فيها.

The Study Aimed to Examine the Role of Knowledge Management in Achieving Organizational Agility to Reduce Administrative Bureaucracy in Dura Municipality To achieve this goal, the study employed a correlational descriptive methodology, and the researchers designed a questionnaire to collect data from the study population, consisting of 55 administrative employees in Dura Municipality. A comprehensive survey method was applied to all participants. The findings indicated that the application of knowledge management in Dura Municipality, according to the administrators' perspectives, was at a high level. Similarly, the application of strategic agility in Dura Municipality, based on the administrators' viewpoints, also reached a high degree. However, the level of administrative bureaucracy in Dura Municipality, from the administrators' perspective, was at a moderate level. Additionally, there was a statistically significant positive effect at a 0.05 significance level of organizational agility on administrative bureaucracy in Dura Municipality. Knowledge management accounted for 65.2% of the influence on administrative bureaucracy when organizational agility was applied. Based on these results, the study provided several recommendations, notably emphasizing the need for Dura Municipality to allocate the resources and requirements necessary to implement the knowledge possessed by municipal employees, ensuring its prompt transfer and development. The study also recommended establishing an administrative system that facilitates the easy and quick exchange and transfer of knowledge among employees. This is to address the findings highlighting the impact of knowledge management on organizational agility and administrative bureaucracy. Lastly, it emphasized creating specialized departments within municipalities to address current and future challenges and threats that may impact organizational agility and effectiveness.
