المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرّف درجة توافر بعض مهارات استخدام العروض العملية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين في محافظة حمص. اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي من خلال الوقوف على المحاور النظرية للبحث، واختيار عينة البحث وتحليل الاستجابات، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (10) موجهين من مديرية التربية في محافظة حمص، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعدت الباحثة استبانة تكونت من (43) بنداً موزعة على ستة مهارات رئيسية: 1- التخطيط للعرض العملي -2 التهيئة المحفزة للعرض العملي، 3- الاستحواذ على انتباه الأطفال، 4- النمذجة، 5-التعزيز ضمن العرض العملي، 6- تلخيص العرض العملي. ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائياً استخدمت الباحثة المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والاختبار اللابارامتري كروسكال- ويلز واستخدام اختبار مان وتني، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث توافر بعض مهارات استخدام العروض العملية بدرجة متوسطة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين، فضلاً عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، إلا أن الفرق كان دالاً بين متوسطي رتب درجات الموجهين الذين لديهم خبرة أقل من خمس سنوات، والموجهين الذين لديهم خبرة تزيد عن العشر سنوات على مهارة التعزيز الفرعية من استبانة مهارات استخدام العروض العملية.

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of some skills in using practical presentations among kindergarten teachers from the point of view of educational mentors in Homs Governorate. The researcher followed the descriptive approach by identifying the theoretical axes of the research, selecting the research sample, and analyzing the responses. The research sample consisted of (10) mentors from the Directorate of Education in Homs Governorate. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (43) items distributed over six skills. Main: 1- Planning the practical demonstration, 2- Motivating preparation for the practical demonstration, 3- Capturing the children’s attention, 4- Modeling, 5- Reinforcement within the practical demonstration, 6- Summarizing the practical demonstration. To treat the data statistically, the researcher used arithmetic means, standard deviations, the Kruskal-Wells non-parametric test, and the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the research showed the availability of some skills in using practical presentations to a moderate degree among kindergarten teachers from the point of view of educational mentors, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences. Between the average grade ranks of the sample members according to the academic qualification variable, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the average grade grade ranks of the sample members according to the years of experience variable, However, the difference was significant between the average scores of the mentors who had less than five years of experience, and the mentors who had more than ten years of experience, on the reinforcement sub-skill of the questionnaire on the skills of using practical presentations.
