|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف درجة ممارسة رؤساء أقسام الأشراف التربوي في مديريات التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الخليل لقيادة التغيير من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفين التربويين في أقسام الأشراف التربوي بمحافظة الخليل في العام الدراسي ۲۰۲۳، والبالغ عددهم (١٤٧) مشرفا ومشرفة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية قوامها (١٠٦) مشرفا ومشرفة، بنسبة (۷۲.۱%) من مجتمع الدراسة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم توظيف استبانة لقيادة التغيير. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة رؤساء أقسام الأشراف التربوي في مديريات التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الخليل لقيادة التغيير من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين جاءت مرتفعة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (۳.۸۹) وبانحراف معياري (٠.٥٨)، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجات ممارسة رؤساء أقسام الإشراف التربوي لقيادة التغيير وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخدمة في الأشراف). وأوصت الدراسة بتنمية الاستعداد لدى رؤساء أقسام الإشراف التربوي في تحفيز المشرفين والمشرفات نحو تحقيق أهداف التغيير، وذلك لتحقيق الفائدة المرجوة من استخدام مهارات التحفيز، وبناء فرق العمل.
|b This study aimed to investigate the degree of educational supervisors’ commitment of change leadership in the Hebron Education Directorates. The study is directed to 147 of educational supervisors in Hebron Governorate in the year of 2003. A random sample of 106 supervisors has been chosen, approximately (72.1%) according to the study sample. A descriptive and analytical approach was used. Furthermore, a questionnaire of change leadership was functioned in this study. It found that the degree of educational supervisors’ commitment of change leadership in Hebron Governorate has been high with average of (3.89), also, with a standard deviation of (0.58). The results indicated that there were no statistically and significantly different in the degree of educational supervisors’ change leadership commitment, according to variables of genders, educational qualifications, and years of supervisory experience). The study revealed a recommendation of focusing on developing the readiness of educational supervision heads departments in order to motivate educational supervisors to achieve the change aims and to achieve the benefits of applying motivational skills and of enhancing work teams.
