المستخلص: تطرق الباحث إلى المقدمة وأهمية البحث أن التعليم الإلكتروني نظام تعليمي تفاعلي يساعد الطالب باستعمال تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال الحديثة، بينما كانت مشكلة البحث أن الأزمة التي واجهت القطاع التعليمي بسبب تفشي فيروس كورونا دفعت التعلم الإلكتروني نحو الواجهة، فغدا خيارا لا بديل عنه والذي سيواجه الأساتذة من تحديات كبيرة لمواكبة هذا التحول المفاجئ. وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على إيجابيات استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر طلبة قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في الكلية التربوية المفتوحة. وفرض الباحث هنالك تأثير معنوي دال إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لإيجابيات استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر طلبة قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في الكلية التربوية المفتوحة. واستخدم الباحث منهج البحث بأسلوب المسح التحليلي لأنه الأسلوب الأكثر ملائمة لطبيعة المشكلة وتحقيق هذه الدراسة. وقد تمثل مجتمع وعينة البحث بطلبة المرحلة الرابعة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالكلية التربوية المفتوحة بوزارة التربية والبالغ عددهم (57) طالبا وطالبة وأما يخص بإجراءات بناء المقياس نظرا لتعذر الحصول على مقياس "التعليم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر طلبة المرحلة الرابعة قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالكلية التربوية المفتوحة" وتحقيقا لهدف البحث قام الباحث ببناء المقياس الحالي وفق الأسس العلمية لبناء المقاييس وعند تطبيق المقياس والحصول على إجابات الطلبة تبين أن هنالك نقاط إيجابية في التعليم الإلكتروني كما توجد بعض السلبيات فيه باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة. واستنتج الباحث أن التعليم الإلكتروني أصبح ضرورة لاستمرار دوام الطلبة في الكلية بسبب الظروف الصحية بسبب انتشار مرض كوفيد 2019. ويوصي الباحث التأكيد على ضرورة استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني كبيئة تعليمية رقمية مناسبة للطالب بديلا عن التعليم التقليدي في هذه المرحلة التي يمر بها العالم.

The researcher touched on the introduction and the importance of the research that e-learning is an interactive educational system that helps the student use modern information and communication technologies, while the problem of the research was that the crisis facing the educational sector due to the outbreak of the Corona virus pushed e-learning to the forefront, so it became an indispensable option that professors will face major challenges to keep pace with this sudden transformation. The aim of the research was to identify the positives of using e-learning from the point of view of students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the Open College of Education. The researcher assumed that there is a statistically significant moral effect at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) for the positives of using e-learning from the point of view of students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the Open College of Education. The researcher used the research method using the analytical survey method because it is the most appropriate method for the nature of the problem and the achievement of this study. The research community and sample were represented by fourth-year students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the Open College of Education at the Ministry of Education, numbering (57) male and female students. As for the procedures for constructing the scale, due to the inability to obtain the scale "E-learning from the point of view of fourth-year students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the Open College of Education" and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher constructed the current scale according to the scientific foundations for constructing scales. When applying the scale and obtaining students 'answers, it became clear that there are positive points in e-learning, as well as some negatives in it using appropriate statistical methods. The researcher concluded that e-learning has become a necessity for students to continue attending college due to the health conditions resulting from the spread of Covid 2019. The researcher recommends emphasizing the necessity of using e-learning as a suitable digital educational environment for the student as an alternative to traditional education at this stage that the world is going through.
