المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على القوة الانفجارية وعلاقتها في إنجاز مرحلة الرمي في فعالية رمي الرمح لدى لاعبي ألعاب القوى لذوي الإعاقة فئة (57) جلوس. أما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في أن هذه الدراسات قد تناولت جانبا معينا للفعالية، كدراسة الصفات البدنية العامة للاعب متجاهلة بذلك الجانب التدريبي للقوة العضلية العصبية المؤثرة في أداء الفعالية الأفضل للعمل على تعزيز حالات القوة وتدريب الحالات التي يمكن إن يتطور الإنجاز من خلالها، مما أدى الباحثان الاهتمام بهذه الرياضة كونها إحدى الألعاب المهمة التي دخلت في الميادين والبطولات الأولمبية والعالمية، فضلا عن أنها واحدة من أهم الرياضات المنتشرة في العراق وعليه جاء هذا البحث محاولة لتطوير القوة الانفجارية ورمي الرمح لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لفئة (57) رجال بشكل خاص، من أجل تجنب نقاط الضعف والمساهمة في زيادة الفهم لمكونات تكنيك الأداء حتى يمكن تطويره في ظل تلك الإعاقة، إذ استخدم الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي لذلك فان المنهج الوصفي "يهتم في تصوير الوضع الراهن وتحديد العلاقات التي توجد بين الظاهرات والاتجاهات التي تسير في طريق النمو أو التطور مجتمع وعينة البحث إن الأهداف التي يضعها الباحث لبحثه والإجراءات التي تستخدمها ستحدد طبيعة العينة التي يختارها". لذا اختار الباحثان مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العشوائية وهم لاعبي لجنة ديالى لفعالية ألعاب القوى فئة 57 وبعدد (6) لاعب، وقد تم أجراء التجربة الرئيسية للاختبارات المحددة، وقد استخدم الباحثان الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: (الوسط الحسابي الانحراف المعياري- T-Test) يتوقع الباحثان النتائج الآتية:- توجد علاقات إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات.

The current research aims to identify explosive force and its relationship to the performance of the throwing phase in the javelin throwing event among athletes with disabilities in the 57-seated category. The problem of the research lies in the fact that these studies have dealt with a specific aspect of effectiveness, such as studying the general physical characteristics of the player, ignoring the training aspect of the neuromuscular strength that affects the performance of the best effectiveness, working to enhance states of strength and training conditions through which achievement can develop, which led the researchers to pay attention. With this sport, it is one of the important games that entered the Olympic and international fields and tournaments, in addition to being one of the most important sports spread in Iraq. Accordingly, this research came as an attempt to develop explosive power and javelin throwing for people with special needs, for the category (57) men in particular, in order to avoid weak points. And to contribute to increasing understanding of the components of performance technique so that it can be developed in light of this disability, as the two researchers used the descriptive approach. Therefore, the descriptive approach "is concerned with portraying the current situation and identifying the relationships that exist between the phenomena and trends that are moving in the path of growth or development for the society and the research sample. The objectives are: Which the researcher develops for his research and the procedures he uses will determine the nature of the sample he chooses." Therefore, the researchers chose the research population in a random way, namely the players of the Diyala Committee for Athletics Events, category 57, with a number of (6) players. The main experiment was conducted for the specific tests. The researchers used the following statistical methods: the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, and the T-Test. The researchers expect the following results: There are statistically significant positive relationships between the variables.
