|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الصحة النفسية لدى مهنيي الصحة والتعرف على واقعها لديهم، تم ذلك من خلال استعمال المقابلة نصف الموجهة، مقياس الصحة النفسية Scl-90 ومقياس الصحة النفسية الإيجابية Mhc-SF على حالة واحدة من مهني الصحة بمستشفى يحيى فارس بولاية تيبازة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن صحة نفسية متدهورة للحالة تتميز بـ: كرب نفسي مرتفع حسب مقياس Scl-90، تفكير سلبي تطغى عليه التشوهات المعرفية، تمركز الحالة في فئة الاضطرابات النفسية المعتدلة حسب نموذج Garamoni & Schwartz. بالإضافة إلى صحة نفسية إيجابية معتدلة تتمثل في انخفاض الرفاهية الإنفعالية، واعتدال كل من الرفاهية النفسية والاجتماعية. أما التفكير الإيجابي فيتميز بانخفاض الرضا عن الحياة وارتفاع التفاؤل.
|b The present study aims to detect the mental health of health professionals and determine its reality among them. This was achieved by using a semi-structured interview, the Scl-90 mental health scale, and the Mhc-SF positive mental health scale on a case of health professionals from Yahya Fares Hospital in Tipaza. Research results show that patients' mental health is impaired, characterized by: high psychological distress according to the Scl-90 scale; negative thoughts are dominated by cognitive distortions; and the case is classified as a moderate psychological disorder according to the Garamoni & Schwartz model. In addition to moderate positive mental health, which is reflected in low levels of emotional well-being and moderate levels of psychological and social well-being, positive thinking is characterized by low life satisfaction and high optimism.
