|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية بأبعادها الإيثار، الكياسة، وعي الضمير، السلوك الحضاري والروح الرياضية لدى موظفي وكالة القرض المصغر فرع جيجل، وكذا توضيح المفاهيم المتعلقة بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، أما أهمية الدراسة فتمثلت في العمل على توليد هذا السلوك لدى الموظفين. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات، حيث بلغ حجم عينة 35 موظفا، وتم استخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل النتائج إحصائيا. لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود مستوى مرتفع لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية وأبعادها الإيثار، الكياسة، السلوك الحضاري، وعي الضمير والروح الرياضية من وجهة نظر موظفي وكالة القرض المصغر فرع جيجل.
|b This study aimed to determine the level of organizational citizenship behavior in its dimensions of altruism, courtesy ,conscience, civic virtue and sportsmanship among employees of the micro-loan agency Jijel -branch, as well as to clarify the concepts related to organizational citizenship behavior. The importance of the study was represented in working to generate this behavior among employees and the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon to study the level of organizational citizenship behavior. The questionnaire was also used to collect information, as the size of the study sample was 35 employees, and the Spss program was used to analyze the results statistically. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a high level of organizational citizenship behavior and its dimensions from the point of view of the employees of the micro-loan agency ,Jijel branch.
