|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الرفاهية النفسية والكفاءة الإرشادية لدى المرشدين التربويين، وطبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين هذين المتغيرين. وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تبنى الباحث مقياس الرفاهية النفسية ل كارول ريف (Ryff, 1989) وبناء مقياس الكفاءة الإرشادية. طبقت هذه المقاييس على العينة البالغة (200) مرشد ومرشدة. وباستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت النتائج الاتي: أن المرشدين التربويين يتمتعون بالرفاهية النفسية. المرشدين التربويين لديهم كفاءة الإرشادية. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرفاهية النفسية والكفاءة الإرشادية ترجع لمتغير الجنس (ذكور-إناث). توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية إيجابية بين الرفاهية النفسية والكفاءة الإرشادية لدى المرشدين التربويين.
|b The current research aims to identify the psychological well-being and counseling competence of educational counselors, and the nature of the correlation between these two variables. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher adopted Carol Ryff’s psychological well-being scale (Ryff, 1989), and built a counseling competency scale. These standards were applied to a sample of (200) male and female counselors, and using appropriate statistical methods, the results showed the following: Educational counselors enjoy psychological well-being. Educational counselors have guidance competence. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological well-being and counseling competence due to the gender variable (males - females). There is a positive, direct correlation between psychological well-being and counseling competence among educational counselors.
