|a هدفت الدراسة للكشف درجة توفر سلوكات المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية التربية الأساسية، وفيما إذا كانت تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تختلف باختلاف المتغيرات الآتية: الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والرتبة الأكاديمية. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، إذ تم تصميم استبانة تم توزيعها إلكترونيا على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، وبلغ عدد المستجيبين (١٠٣) أعضاء، وأظهرت النتائج توفر سلوكات المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية التربية الأساسية بدرجة مرتفعة، كما ظهرت فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية باختلاف الجنس ولصالح الإناث، واختلاف سنوات الخبرة ولصالح الخبرة الأطول، وباختلاف الرتبة الأكاديمية ولصالح رتبة الأستاذ المشارك، وقدمت الدراسة في ضوء نتائجها عددا من التوصيات المستقبلية.
|b The study aimed to reveal the degree of availability of organizational citizenship behaviors among faculty members in the College of Basic Education? And whether the estimates of the study sample members differ according to the following variables: gender, years of experience, and academic rank. The study followed the descriptive survey method, as a questionnaire was designed and distributed electronically to a sample of faculty members, and the number of respondents reached (103) members. The results showed the availability of organizational citizenship behaviors among faculty members in the College of Basic Education to a high degree, and statistically significant differences appeared according to gender and in favor of females, and according to years of experience and in favor of longer experience, and according to academic rank and in favor of the rank of associate professor. In light of its results, the study presented a number Of future recommendations.
