|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد درجة توظيف المعلمين لمهارات الفهم القرائي في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، وتحديد الفروق في درجة توظيف المعلمين لمهارات الفهم القرائي تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (110) من المعلمين والمعلمات العاملين في مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة ريف دمشق، وقد تم تطبيق استبانة لتحديد درجة توظيف المعلمين لمهارات الفهم القرائي بعد أن تم حساب الخصائص السيكومترية لها، وأشارت النتائج إلى توظيف المعلمين لمهارات الفهم القرائي بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة توظيف المعلمين لمهارات الفهم القرائي تبعا لمتغير الجنس، بينما أكدت نتائج البحث وجود فروق تبعا لمتغير الشهادة العلمية لصالح حملة شهادة معلم الصف، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة وذلك لصالح المعلمين ذوي عدد سنوات الخبرة أكثر من عشر سنوات.
|b The current research aims to determine the degree to which teachers employ reading comprehension skills in the basic education stage. And determining the differences in the degree to which teachers employ reading comprehension skills according to the variables of gender, academic qualification and number of years of experience. The study sample amounted to (110) male and female teachers working in basic education schools in Damascus countryside, and a questionnaire was applied to determine the degree of teachers’ employment of reading comprehension skills after the psychometric characteristics were calculated. The results indicated that teachers employ reading comprehension skills to a high degree, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of teachers’ employment of reading comprehension skills according to the gender variable. While the results of the research confirmed the existence of differences according to the variable of the scientific certificate in favor of the class teacher certificate holders. And there are statistically significant differences according to the variable number of years of experience, in favor of teachers with more than ten years of experience.
