المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها مجتمعة (توليد المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة) في التعليم المستدام بأبعاده (الاستدامة الأكاديمية، الاستدامة البحثية، الاستدامة الاجتماعية، الاستدامة البيئية) عندما يكون الدور المعدل للتحول الرقمي دراسة ميدانية الجامعات الأردنية، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان الأهمية النسبية لمستوى ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة، والتعليم المستدام والتحول الرقمي في الجامعات الأردنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية، واعتمدت الدراسة طريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد تم توزيع (440) استبانة إلكترونية على أفراد عينة الدراسة، وتم استرجاع (374) استبانة قابلة للتحليل، أي ما نسبته (85%) من إجمالي الاستبانات الموزعة، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات واستخدم العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية ومنها: تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، وتحليل الانحدار الهرمي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها: ارتفاع الأهمية النسبية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة والتعليم المستدام والتحول الرقمي في الجامعات الأردنية، وأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة معنوية (α ≤ 0.05) لعمليات إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها مجتمعة (توليد المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة) في التعليم المستدام في الجامعات الأردنية، ووجود دور للتحول الرقمي في تعديل أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة في التعليم المستدام في الجامعات الأردنية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة توجيه الجامعات الأردنية انتباهها الدائم عند التخطيط للتعليم المستدام إلى تطوير أدواتها المتمثلة في عمليات إدارة المعرفة من خلال التركيز على توليد المعرفة، وتخزين المعرفة، وتوزيع المعرفة، وتطبيق المعرفة وضرورة رفع قدراتها التقنية عند تبني تطبيق التحول الرقمي.

The study aimed to explore the impact of Knowledge Management Processes with all its dimensions (Knowledge Generation, Knowledge Storage, knowledge Distribution, knowledge Application) On Sustainable Education with its dimensions (Academic Sustainability, Research Sustainability, Social Sustainability, Environmental Sustainability) the modified role Digital Transformation A field study of Jordanian Universities, and it also aimed to identify the relative importance of Knowledge Management Processes, and Sustainable Education, and Digital Transformation in the Jordanian Universities. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed both descriptive and analytical approaches, the study population consisted of The study community represents faculty members at Jordanian universities, The study adopted the simple random sample method. (440) electronic questionnaires were distributed to the study sample members, and (374) questionnaires were retrieved analyzable, That is, (85%) of the total distributed questionnaires, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze data and test hypotheses. also used many statistical methods including: multiple linear regression analysis, and Hierarchical Regression. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which were: the high relative importance of: Knowledge Management Processes, and Sustainable Education, and Digital Transformation in the Jordanian Universities, and that there is a statistically significant effect of Knowledge Management Processes with all its dimensions (Knowledge Generation, Knowledge Storage, knowledge Distribution, knowledge Application) On Sustainable Education in Jordanian Universities, In addition to the presence of a statistically significant effect of Digital Transformation in modifying the impact of Knowledge Management Processes on Sustainable Education in the Jordanian Universities. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended that the Jordanian Universities direct its constant attention when planning to Sustainable Education to develop its tools of Knowledge Management Processes by focusing on Knowledge Generation, Knowledge Storage, knowledge Distribution, and knowledge Application, in addition to the need to raise its technical capabilities when adopting the Implementing of Digital Transformation.
