|a تعتبر ظاهرة العنف لدى التلاميذ بالمرحلة الثانوية من الظواهر السوسيوتربوية الخطيرة التي باتت تهدد مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي، وذلك لما لها من آثار سلبية تهدد السلامة الجسمية والنفسية للتلاميذ والفاعلين التربويين ضحايا العنف أو التلاميذ العنيفين ذاتهم، كما تؤدي إلى تدهور العملية التعلمية، وهو ما يتطلب قيام كل فاعل تربوي بدوره لمواجهتها من أجل توفير بيئة مدرسية سليمة وآمنة تؤدي أدوارها المنشودة على أكمل وجه. انطلاقا مما سبق جاء هذا المقال بغرض الوقوف على دور الفاعلين التربويين بالمدرسة باختلاف مكانتهم وأدوارهم في مواجهة مختلف أشكال العنف لدى التلاميذ بالمرحلة الثانوية.
|b Violence among students is considered as one of the most dangerous socio-educational phenomena, It became a menace to secondary school institutions due to its negative impacts on the students and the educators, physical and psychological welfare, It jeopardizes the safety of victims as well as the violent students, It also leads to the deterioration of the educational process. Therefore, each educator is required to contribute in the prevention of this phenomenon, in order to provide a safe and sound school environment that performs its designated roles properly. Based on what has been said, this article aims to explore the role of educators actors, no matter their status or function, within the school in preventing all sorts of violence among secondary school students.
