المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيسي: إلى التعرف على متطلبات التحول الرقمي في ضوء رؤية مصر للتنمية المستدامة ۲۰۳۰ دراسة ميدانية في جامعة العريش، وللإجابة على تساؤل الدراسة طبقت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في وصف وتفسير الظاهرة محل الدراسة واستخدمت العينة العشوائية والذي بلغ عددها ۱۰۰ مفردة من العاملين بجامعة العريش، وانتهت نتائج الدراسة إلى: أكدت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متطلبات التحول الرقمي وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة ۲۰۳۰ بجامعة العريش، أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات الديموغرافية من حيث (النوع) واتجاهات عينة الدراسة نحو متطلبات التحول الرقمي، كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات الديموغرافية من حيث (درجة الوظيفة) واتجاهات عينة الدراسة نحو متطلبات التحول الرقمي، أكدت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات الديموغرافية من حيث (المستوى التعليمي) واتجاهات عينة الدراسة نحو متطلبات التحول الرقمي، كما أكدت النتائج أن متطلبات التحول الرقمي بجامعة العريش جاء متطلب البنية التحتية في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي ٣.٧٤، ويليه متطلب التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي ٣.٥٨، ثم جاء متطلب التشريعات والقوانين في المرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي ٣.٤٥، وبالأخير جاء متطلب الموارد البشرية بمتوسط حسابي ۳.۳۷، وأيضا من حيث أبعاد التنمية المستدامة بجامعة العريش جاء البعد الاجتماعي في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي ۳.۷۷، ويليه بالمرتبة الثانية البعد الاقتصادي بمتوسط حسابي ٣.٦٥، وبالأخير جاء البعد البيئي بمتوسط حسابي ٣.٥٩.

The study mainly aimed to: To identify the requirements of digital transformation in light of Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030 A field study at Al-Arish University, and to answer the question of the study, this study applied the descriptive approach in describing and interpreting the phenomenon under study and used a random sample, which amounted to 100 individuals from Al-Arish University employees, and the results of the study concluded to: The study confirmed the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the requirements of digital transformation and the dimensions of sustainable development 2030 at Al-Arish University, the results proved There were no statistically significant differences between the demographic variables in terms of (type) and the trends of the study sample towards the requirements of digital transformation, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the demographic variables in terms of (job degree) and the trends of the study sample towards the requirements of digital transformation, the results confirmed that there were no statistically significant differences between the demographic variables in terms of (educational level) and the trends of the study sample towards the requirements of digital transformation. The results also confirmed that the requirements of digital transformation at the University of Arish came the infrastructure requirement in first place with an arithmetic average of 3.74, followed by the requirement of strategic planning in second place with an arithmetic average of 3.58, then the requirement of legislation and laws came in third place with an arithmetic average of 3.45, and finally the requirement of human resources came with an arithmetic average of 3.37, and also in terms of the dimensions of sustainable development at the University of Arish The social dimension came in first place with an arithmetic average of 3.77, followed by the economic dimension with an arithmetic average of 3.65, and finally The environmental dimension came in with an arithmetic average of 3.59.
