|a هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المتطلبات البشرية الداعمة للإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمة العمومية بمجلس قضاء سوق اهراس من خلال دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من مساعدي قطاع العدالة البالغ عددها 50 فردا مستخدمين الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية. معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة طردية قوية ذات معنوية بين توافر المتطلبات البشرية الداعمة للإدارة الإلكترونية وتحسين أبعاد الخدمة العمومية (سرعة الاستجابة، الاعتمادية، الملموسية).
|b This study aimed to highlight the role of human requirements supporting administration in improving the public service in the Souk Ahras Judicial Council through an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of 50 justice sector assistants. The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon .The results of the study show that: there is a significant correlation relationship between The existence between the availability of human requirements supporting electronic management and improving the dimensions of the public service (Responsiveness, Reliability, Tangibles).
