|b The purpose of this research is to analyze the structure and origin of capital invested during the life cycle of the asymmetrical partnership between Algerian companies and foreign partners. Our research focused on the capital contributed by each partner (financing structure), the reinvestment of fiscal year results and the actual cash flow to each partner since the creation of the joint venture. To measure these we have analyzed the activity reports of the joint venture since its creation until the last accounting closure. The results showed that the financial profitability of the foreign partner is significantly wider compared to the initial capital invested. Moreover the local partners have not benefited from any financial profitability.
|d L'objet de ce travail de recherche est d'analyser la structure et l'origine du capital investi durant le cycle de vie du partenariat asymétrique entre les entreprises algériennes et les partenaires étrangers. Notre recherche porte essentiellement sur les capitaux apportés par chaque partenaire (structure de financement), le réinvestissement des résultats d'exercice et le flux monétaire réel vers chaque partenaire depuis la création de l'entreprise commune. Pour évaluer ce partenariat nous avons analysé les rapports d'activité de cette entreprise commune naissante depuis sa création jusqu'à la dernière clôture comptable. Les résultats obtenus montrent que la rentabilité financière du partenaire étranger est nettement plus élevée par rapport au capital initial investi, alors que les partenaires locaux n'ont bénéficié d'aucune rentabilité financière.
