|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ألقاء الضوء على التعلم عن بعد الذي ولجته البلاد خلال الفترة الأخيرة بفعل جائحة كورونا وإبراز مختلف المفاهيم والإيجابيات والدور الذي يمكن أن يقدمه هذا النوع من التعلم كبديل عن التعليم التقليدي الذي بينت الجائحة مدى هشاشته وتأثره بتداعيات الوباء، وما يمكن أن يقدمه أيضاً للجامعة وأصبح يستهدف المؤسسات التعليمية اليوم بوصفه نظام تفاعلي وأكثر توافق مع متطلبات العصر الجديد المبني على التفاعل والكفاءة والجدارة والفعالية والتحدي. ومحاولة الوقوف على الصعوبات والمعيقات التي تحول دون نجاعة هذا الأخير داخل المؤسسات التعليمية والجامعية بشكل عام وذلك للاستفادة منه ومن أثاره الإيجابية حالياً ومستقبلاً.
|b This study aims to shed light on the distance learning that the country has entered during the recent period due to the Corona pandemic, and to highlight the various concepts and advantages and the role that this type of learning can provide as an alternative to traditional education, which the pandemic has shown its fragility and its impact on the repercussions of the epidemic, and what it can offer as well. The university is targeting educational institutions today as an interactive system that is more compatible with the requirements of the new era based on interaction, efficiency, merit, effectiveness and challenge. And trying to identify the difficulties and obstacles that stand in or prevent the effectiveness of the latter within educational and university institutions in general, in order to benefit from it and its positive effects now and in the future.
