|a هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بوحدة أبوقوتة الإدارية- ولاية الجزيرة والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابة أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغيرات الجنس (ذكر، أنثى)، والتخصص علمي، أدبي، والمؤهل التربوي (تربوي، غير تربوي)، ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (54) معلم ومعلمة، قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، منها: أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بوحدة أبوقوتة الإدارية كان بدرجة متوسطة، وأنه لا توجد فروق بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات عينة البحث تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس والتخصص والمؤهل.
|b The research aimed to identify the psychological stress level among Secondary school teachers, Gezira State, Abuguta Administrative Unity. and to find out any statistically significant differences between the means of the sample members due to the variables: gender, specialization, and educational qualification. To achieve this objective, the analytical descriptive method was used on a sample which consisted of (54) teachers who were randomly selected. The psychological stress questionnaire prepared and applied. The study results revealed that the psychological stress level of Secondary school teachers, Gezira State, Abuguta Administrative Unity was medium, and there were also no significant differences in the means of students' responses due to the variables gender, specialization, and educational qualification.
