|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني ومعوقات تنفيذه من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين مكتب الفضيلة بإدارة تعليم جدة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من 21 مشرفا. أظهرت النتائج أن واقع تطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني ومعوقات تنفيذه من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين مكتب الفضيلة بإدارة تعليم جدة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. وأوصت الدراسة بناء على النتائج بالعديد من التوصيات منها ضرورة توفير أجهزة حديثة وموارد تقنية متقدمة، بالإضافة لتشجيع التعليم المستمر والتطوير المهني، وتخصيص ميزانيات كافية لتوفير الموارد اللازمة؛ وتشجيع الإدارة العليا على تقديم الدعم الكامل لجهود الإشراف الإلكتروني.
|b the study aimed to explore the current status of the implementation of electronic educational supervision and the obstacles to its execution from the perspective of educational supervisors at the Al-Fadilah Office, Jeddah Education Administration. The research adopted the descriptive survey approach. The researcher took from (the questionnaire) a main tool to take the opinions of the members of the sample of the study consisting of 21 supervisors. The results indicated that the implementation of electronic supervision and the obstacles to its execution were perceived as high by the educational supervisors at the Al-Fadilah Office. Based on the findings, the study made several recommendations, including the need to provide modern devices and advanced technological resources, encourage continuous education and professional development, allocate sufficient budgets, and provide necessary resources to encourage top management to fully support electronic supervision efforts.
