المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي دور اختبار الرخص المهنية للوظائف التعليمية " التربوي العام" في تطوير أداء معلمات الرياضيات من وجهة نظرهن بإدارة تعليم جازان في مجالاته الثلاث (القيم والمسؤوليات، المعرفة المهنية، الممارسات المهنية)، وإلى الكشف عن الفروق بين آراء معلمات الرياضيات نحو دور اختبار الرخص المهنية للوظائف التعليمية " التربوي العام" في تطوير الأداء تعزى إلى كلا من: (المؤهل التعليمي، درجة الرخصة المهنية)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات الرياضيات التابعات لإدارة تعليم جازان بالمدارس الحكومية والبالغ عددهن (954) معلمة، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في استبانة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت (274) معلمة، وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: دور اختبار الرخص المهنية للوظائف التعليمية "التربوي العام" في تطوير أداء معلمات الرياضيات بمجالاته الثلاث (القيم والمسؤوليات، المعرفة المهنية، الممارسات المهنية) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0,05) تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي للاستبيان ككل ، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0,05) تعزي لمتغير درجة الرخصة المهنية للاستبيان ككل، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The current study aimed to investigate the role of the professional licensing test for educational jobs "general education" in developing the performance of mathematics teachers from their point of view in Jazan Education Administration in its three areas (values and responsibilities, professional knowledge, professional practices), and to reveal the differences between the opinions of mathematics teachers towards the role of the professional licensing test for educational jobs "general education" in developing performance attributed to both: (educational qualification, professional license degree), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and the study community consisted of all mathematics teachers affiliated with Jazan Education Administration in government schools, numbering (954) teachers, and the study tool represented by a questionnaire was applied to a simple random sample of (274) teachers, and after statistically processing the data, the study reached the following results: The role of the professional licensing test for educational jobs "general education" in developing the performance of mathematics teachers in its three areas (values and responsibilities, professional knowledge, professional practices) came with a medium degree, The study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) attributed to the variable of the academic qualification of the questionnaire as a whole, and that there are no statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) attributed to the variable of the degree of professional license for the questionnaire as a whole. In light of the results reached by the study, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented.
