It is a religious, social and educational duty to take care of people with disabilities such as their right to education and learning like other members of society, and therefore the curricula and teaching methods must be adapted for them, and what helped in this is the development of educational means and tools in the second half of the twentieth century. The use of educational technology becomes necessary for people with special needs when the disability’s degree is very severe, which constitutes a difficulty for developing countries with the costs of communication and information technology and the problem of the digital divide. |
