يقول الله تعالى: (وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ خَلۡقُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱخۡتِلَٰفُ أَلۡسِنَتِكُمۡ وَأَلۡوَٰنِكُمۡۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّلۡعَٰلِمِينَ)، (سورة الروم ۲۲) من الآية السابقة تعد الفروق الفردية من المسائل التي تطبع العملية التعليمية- التعلمية، وهو الأمر الذي يجعل الصفوف الدراسية تركيبة من متعلمين, تتباين قدراتهم ومهاراتهم, وقابليتهم على التحصيل العلمي، حيث بدأت هذه الفروق تؤثر على أداء المعلم, خاصة أستاذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط التي تعد مرحلة مهمة وحساسة, لكونها تتزامن مع دخول مرحلة المراهقة، حيث يطغى النمو الجسدي على النمو العقلي، وأي إهمال أو تقصير لهذه الفروق من طرف المعلم الذي يجهل في كثير من الأحيان مجالاتها، يوثر سلبا على التحصيل الدراسي، لذلك حاولت هذه الدراسة تبيان هذه الفروق، لغرض تحديد أبعادها الأساسية، واستجلاء أسبابها. وتتبع مظاهرها، ثم تحديد مالها من تأثيرات على التحصيل الدراسي، ومن ثم اقتراح إجراءات تعليمية يقوم بها المعلم في الفصل الدراسي، للتخفيف من هذه الفروق والتقليل من الإخفاق الدراسي.
Allah says: "One of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the difference of your tongues and colors, that there are signs for the worlds" Surah Ar-Rum verse 22 From the previous verse, individual differences are one of the issues that characterize the teaching and learning process, which makes classrooms a composition of learners whose abilities, skills and ability to educational achievement vary, as these differences began to affect the performance of the teacher, especially the teacher of the intermediate education stage, which is an important and sensitive stage because it coincides with the entry of adolescence, where physical growth overshadows mental development, and any neglect Or a shortening of these differences by the professor, who is often ignorant of their fields, negatively affects academic achievement, so this study tried to clarify these differences, for the purpose of determining their basic dimensions, and to clarify their causes and track their manifestations, and then determine their effects on academic achievement, and then suggestions for educational procedures carried out by the professor within the classroom to mitigate these differences and thus reduce academic failure.
