هدف البحث الحالي للكشف عن علاقة الذكاء الروحي والذكاء الثقافي بالتوافق مع الحياة الجامعية والإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب السعوديين والوافدين بجامعة القصيم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ١٥٣ طالب من الطلاب الوافدين، و۱۹۰ طالب من الطلاب السعوديين طبق عليهم مقياس التوافق مع الحياة الجامعية ترجمة وتقنين (علي، ۲۰۰۸) ومقياس الذكاء الروحي ترجمة وتقنين (الشاوي، ۲۰۱۲) ومقياس للذكاء الثقافي من إعداد الباحثين، وتوصل البحث للعديد من النتائج منها: - مستوى التوافق مع الحياة الجامعية لدى الطلاب السعوديين بجامعة القصيم مستوى متوسط وكذلك مستوى الذكاء الروحي لديهم بينما كان مستوى الذكاء الثقافي لديهم مرتفع. - مستوى التوافق مع الحياة الجامعية لدى الطلاب الوافدين بجامعة القصيم مستوى متوسط وكذلك مستوى الذكاء الروحي لديهم بينما كان مستوى الذكاء الثقافي لديهم مرتفع. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين الطلاب السعوديين والوافدين في التوافق الأكاديمي والالتزام بتحقيق الأهداف لصالح الطلاب الوافدين، وفي التوافق الاجتماعي والتوافق الشخصي لصالح الطلاب السعوديين. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين الطلاب السعوديين والوافدين في الذكاء الروحي لصالح الطلاب الوافدين، بينما كانت الفروق بينهم في الذكاء الثقافي غير دالة إحصائيا. - توجد علاقات ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين التوافق مع الحياة الجامعية والإنجاز الأكاديمي وبين الذكاء الروحي والذكاء الثقافي لدى الطلاب السعوديين والوافدين بجامعة القصيم. - يسهم الذكاء الروحي في التنبؤ بالتوافق مع الحياة الجامعية والإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب السعوديين بجامعة القصيم، بينما لم تكن إسهامات الذكاء الثقافي دالة إحصائيا. - يسهم الذكاء الروحي والذكاء الثقافي في التنبؤ بالتوافق مع الحياة الجامعية والإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب الوافدين بجامعة القصيم.
The current research aimed to reveal the relationship of adjustment with university life and academic achievement with spiritual intelligence and cultural intelligence among Saudi and international students at Qassim university, the study sample consisted of 153 International students and 190 Saudi students, applied to them adjustment with university life scale (All, 2008), spiritual intelligence Scale (Al-Shaoui, 2012) and the scale of cultural intelligence prepared by researchers, research found many of the results, including: - The level of adjustment with university life among Saudi students is average, as well as the level of spiritual intelligence they have, while the level of cultural intelligence they have is high. - The level of adjustment with university life among international students is average, as well as the level of spiritual intelligence they have, while the level of cultural intelligence they have is high. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 between the Saudis and international students In the academic adjustment and goal commitment favor of international students, and in the social and personal adjustment favor of Saudi students. - There are significant differences at the level of 0.01 between Saudi and international students in the spiritual intelligence favor of international students, while the differences between them in the cultural Intelligence is not statistically significant. - There is statistically significant correlation between adjustment with university life, academic achievement and spiritual intelligence, cultural intelligence among Saudi and international students. - Spiritual intelligence contributes in predicting adjustment with university life, academic achievement among Saudi students, while the contributions of cultural intelligence were not statistically significant. - Both spiritual intelligence and cultural intelligence contributes in predicting adjustment with university life, academic achievement among international students.
