المستخلص: تسعى المؤسسات التعليمية التقنية والفنية إلى التوجه نحو تحسين فاعلية المخرجات التعليمية بما يساهم في رفد سوق العمل بالكوادر اللازمة، وقد سهلت العديد من الإجراءات التي ساهمت في تحسين نوع وجودة الخدمات التعليمية القائمة وخلق قنوات خدمات تعليمية لم تكن موجودة من قبل، مثل فتح البرنامج الاستدراكي لاستكمال الدراسات العليا لخريجي المعاهد التقنية العليا، وتنظيم ورش العمل والندوات حول التطورات التكنولوجية والذكاء الاصطناعي في محاولة لترسيخ عمل التكنولوجيا في المؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة وتحليل أثر التحول الرقمي من خلال (الثقافة الرقمية والبنية التحتية والإدارة الرقمية والكفاءة الفنية) على كفاءة خريجي أقسام المحاسبة وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، والتي تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة وذلك بتوزيع استمارة استبيان وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأقسام العلوم الإدارية والمالية بالمعاهد التقنية العليا العاملة بترهونة، وبعد استخدام المقاييس الإحصائية المناسبة لهذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن التحول الرقمي من خلال (الثقافة الرقمية والبنية التحتية والإدارة الرقمية والكفاءة الرقمية) له تأثير إيجابي على كفاءة خريجي التخصصات المحاسبية في المعاهد التقنية العليا، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة أوصت بالعمل على تعزيز مؤسسات التعليم التقني والفني بالمتطلبات اللازمة لضمان النجاح المنشود للتحول الرقمي في البيئة التعليمية.

Technical educational institutions seek to move towards improving the effectiveness of educational outcomes in a way that contributes to providing the labor market with the necessary cadres. They have facilitated many procedures that have contributed to improving the type and quality of existing educational services and creating educational services. channels that did not exist before, such as opening a catch-up program to complete the studies of the Higher Institute of Technology for graduates of higher technical institutes, organizing workshops and seminars on technological developments and artificial intelligence in an attempt to consolidate technology work in. various educational institutions. This study aimed to know and analyze the impact of digital transformation through (digital culture, infrastructure, digital management and technical competence) on the skills of graduates of accounting departments and achieve the objectives of the study, which was distributed to the sample of the study, which was represented by the professors of the departments of administrative and financial sciences of the higher technical institutes operating in Tarhuna, and after using appropriate statistical measures for this study, several results were obtained, the most important of which is: this digital transformation through. (digital culture, infrastructure, digital management and digital competence) has a positive impact on the effectiveness of graduates of accounting specializations in higher technical institutes and, based on the results of the study, it was recommended By working to strengthen the technical and vocational education of institutions with the necessary requirements to ensure the desired success of digital transformation in the educational environment.
