| 520 | |b Based on NGO reports and eyewitness accounts, the study highlights the heavy toll of civilian casualties, the massive destruction of infrastructure and the suffering inflicted on the population. Legal analysis suggests that these attacks violate the principles of distinction, proportionality and humanity. As the October 2023 incident illustrates, the indiscriminate bombardment of Gaza appears to be a disproportionate collective punishment of civilians. The article concludes that these elements point to a war crime on Israel's part. Following this war crime in Gaza in October 2023, it is imperative that the international community take concrete steps, including the intervention of the ICC, to put an end to the cycle of violence and unjust retribution. |d En se basant sur des rapports d'ONG et des témoignages, l'étude met en lumière le lourd bilan de victimes civiles, les destructions massives d'infrastructures et les souffrances infligées à la population. L'analyse juridique suggère que ces attaques violeraient les principes de distinction, proportionnalité et humanité. Comme l'illustre l'incident d'octobre 2023, les bombardements aveugles sur Gaza apparaissent comme une punition collective disproportionnée contre les civils. L'article conclut que ces éléments pointent vers un crime de guerre de la part d'Israël. Suite à ce crime de guerre survenu à Gaza en octobre 2023, il est impératif que la communauté internationale prenne des mesures concrètes, notamment l'intervention de la CPI, pour mettre fin au cycle de violence et de rétribution injuste. | ||
