|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للإرشاد الأكاديمي، مع عرض وتحليل إحدى الخبرات العالمية في مجال الإرشاد الأكاديمي، مثل: الخبرة الأسترالية؛ للتوصل إلى بعض الآليات التي يمكن الإفادة منها في تقديم خدمات الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالجامعات المصرية على نحو أفضل. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد وظفت الدراسة أسلوب جورج بيريداي George Bereday، كأحد أساليب المنهج المقارن، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: غياب الفلسفة والاستراتيجية الواضحة التي يمكن أن تشكل إطارا مرجعيا تنطلق منه خدمات الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالجامعات المصرية، مع غياب ثقافة الإرشاد الأكاديمي عن كثير من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذي يعتبرونه عبئا إضافيا بجانب التدريس والبحث العلمي، مما يجعلهم يعزفون عن المشاركة في خدماته، والافتقار إلى تشكيل هياكل تنظيمية وإدارية متخصصة للإرشاد الأكاديمي بالجامعات. وفي ضوء ذلك قدمت الدراسة مجموعة آليات مقترحة لتفعيل خدمات الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالجامعات المصرية استرشادا بالخبرة الأسترالية في هذا المجال، وذلك في مرحلة التخطيط والإعداد لتنفيذ الإرشاد الأكاديمي، ومرحلة تنفيذ الإرشاد الأكاديمي، ومرحلة المتابعة والتقويم للإرشاد الأكاديمي بالجامعات المصرية.
|b The study aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of academic advising, while presenting and analyzing one of the global experiences in the field of academic advising, such as: the Australian experience; To find some mechanisms that can be used to better provide academic advising services in Egyptian universities. To achieve this goal, the study employed George Bereday's method, as one of the methods of the comparative approach, and the study reached conclusions, the most important of which are: The absence of a clear philosophy and strategy that can form a frame of reference from which academic advising services in Egyptian universities can be launched, with the absence of a culture of academic advising for many The faculty members who consider it an additional burden besides teaching and scientific research, which makes them reluctant to participate in its services, and the lack of forming specialized organizational and administrative structures for academic advising in universities. In light of this, the study presented a set of proposed mechanisms to activate academic advising services in Egyptian universities, guided by the Australian experience in this field, in the planning and preparation stage for the implementation of academic advising, the stage of implementing academic advising, and the follow-up and evaluation stage for academic advising in Egyptian universities.
