The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact policy implementation in pastoralists education in Darfur region Sudan. The researcher used qualitative research method. The sources of data for this study were pastoralists school principals. The main data collection instrument was interview. school principals were selected using purposive sampling. The sample consists of 8(eight principals). The qualitative data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. Hence, the study came up with major findings first, there is a lack of teacher training in pastoralist sectors in Darfur region. second there is a lack of budgeting supports. Recommendations that, based on evidences and lessons educated, pastoralists education principals are recommended to give special focuses to pastoralists education so that they are able to ensure improved pastoralists education and achieve the intended organizational purpose.
