المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحديد مستوى ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بمصر للقيادة التكيفية والإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، والكشف عن العلاقة ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين مستوى ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بمصر للقيادة التكيفية وإبداعهم الإداري، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم تصميم استبانة طبقت على عينة من المديرين والمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بمصر بلغت (٤٥٣)، منهم (٦٩) مديرا، و (٣٨٤) معلما. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أن مستوى ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بمصر للقيادة التكيفية من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة جاء (متوسطا) بوزن نسبي (1.86)، وأن مستوى ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بمصر للإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة جاء (متوسطا) بوزن نسبي (1.84)، كما أظهرت أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بمصر للقيادة التكيفية وإبداعهم الإداري، وفي الختام قدم الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات لتعزيز العلاقة بين القيادة التكيفية لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بمصر وإبداعهم الإداري.

The research aimed at determining the level of practice of the principals of Industrial Technical Secondary Education Schools, the three-year system in Egypt for adaptive leadership and administrative creativity from the principals and teachers’ point of view, and revealing the statistically significant relationship between the level of practice of the principals of Industrial Technical Secondary Education Schools, the three-year system in Egypt for adaptive leadership and their administrative creativity. The research used the descriptive method, and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (453) principals and teachers in Industrial Technical Secondary Education Schools, the three-year system in Egypt, including (69) principals and (384) teachers. The results of the field study showed that the level of practice of the principals of Industrial Technical Secondary Education Schools, the three-year system in Egypt for adaptive leadership from the point of view of the sample members was (medium) with a relative weight of (1.86) , and that the level of practice of the principals of Industrial Technical Secondary Education Schools, the three-year system in Egypt for administrative creativity from the point of view of the sample members was (medium) with a relative weight of (1.84). It also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the level of practice of the principals of Industrial Technical Secondary Education Schools, the three-year system in Egypt for adaptive leadership and their administrative creativity. Finally, the researchers presented a set of recommendations to enhance the relationship between the adaptive leadership of the principals of Industrial Technical Secondary Education Schools, the three-year system in Egypt and their administrative creativity.
