|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم علي الاستجابة المحورية لتحسين مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد، والتحقق من استمرارية فعالية البرنامج بعد فترة المتابعة، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (۱۲) من الأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد وأمهاتهم، وقد تراوحت أعمار الأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد بين (٥- ١١) عاما، بمتوسط عمر قدره (٦,٨٩) سنة، وانحراف معياري قدره (۱,۳۹) سنة، واللائي يعانون من اضطراب طيف التوحد، وذلك بمتوسط قدره (۲۱٫۲۹) وانحراف معياري قدره (۳,۱۱) ، وحصلوا علي أدني الدرجات في مقياس التواصل الشامل، وقد تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متساوية، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة علي مقياس التواصل الشامل للأطفال إعداد/ أمال عبد السميع باظه (۲۰۱۳) ، مقياس الطفل التوحدي إعداد/ عادل عبد الله محمد، (۲۰۰۸)، برنامج تدريبي للاستجابة المحورية للطفل لتحسين التواصل لدى الأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد (إعداد الباحثة) . استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي الذي يهدف إلى بحث فعالية متغير تجريبي (المتغير المستقل) وهو البرنامج التدريبي للاستجابة المحورية للطفل على (المتغير التابع) وهو تحسين التواصل لدى الأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن تحسن التواصل لدى الأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد، واستمرارية هذه الفعالية إلى ما بعد فترة المتابعة، بينما لم يحدث تغيير لدى المجموعة الضابطة.
|b The study aimed to reveal The Effectiveness of a Training Program Based On Pivotal Response to Improve Communication skills of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and to verify the continuity of the program's Effectiveness after the follow up period. The study sample consisted of (12) Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their Mothers. The age of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder ranges between (5-11) years old, with an average deviation of (6,89) years. And a standard deviation of (1,39) years, who suffer from Autism Spectrum Disorder, with an average of (21,29) and a standard deviation of (3,11) , they got the lowest grades on comprehensive communication scale. They were randomly divided into two equal groups. The study tools include the comprehensive communication scale for children (prepared by/ Amal Abd El Samie Baza, 2013) and the autistic child scale (prepared by/ Adel Abdullah Mohammad, 2008) , a Training Program for Child Pivotal Response to Improve Communication for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (prepared by/ The Researcher). The researcher used the experimental method that aims to examine the effectiveness of experimental variable (the independent variable) , which is the child pivotal response Training Program and the Sun-Rise Program for Mothers on (the dependent variable) , which is improving communication among Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The results of study resulted in improved communication among Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and the continuation of this effectiveness beyond the follow up period, while no change occurred for the control group.
