المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على درجة توافر متطلبات القيادة المستدامة لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائية الأهلية في مدينة الرياض. والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (٠,٠٥) في إجابات أفراد الدراسة حول متطلبات القيادة المستدامة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، عدد البرامج التدريبية في مجال القيادة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدارسة، وبلغت عينة الدارسة (٣٤١ معلمة) توصلت الدارسة لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: أن أفراد الدراسة من المعلمات موافقات بدرجة متوسطة على درجة توافر المتطلبات الشخصية للقيادة المستدامة لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائية الأهلية بمدينة الرياض، كما أوضحت النتائج أن أفراد الدراسة من المعلمات موافقات بدرجة متوسطة على درجة توافر المتطلبات التنظيمية للقيادة المستدامة لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائية الأهلية بمدينة الرياض، في حين كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠٥) في إجابات أفراد الدراسة حول متطلبات القيادة المستدامة باختلاف متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح أفراد الدراسة من حملة الدراسات العليا، وفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠٥) في إجابات أفراد الدراسة حول متطلبات القيادة المستدامة باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح أفراد الدراسة من ذوي الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠٥) في إجابات أفراد الدراسة حول متطلبات القيادة المستدامة باختلاف متغير الدورات التدريبية في مجال القيادة المستدامة لصالح أفراد الدراسة من اللاتي حصلن على أكثر من ۱۰ دورات.

The current study aimed to identify the degree of availability of sustainable leadership requirements among female principals of private primary schools in the city of Riyadh. The statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the study individuals' answers about the requirements of sustainable leadership are attributed to the study variables (academic qualification, years of experience, number of training programs in the field of leadership). To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive survey approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the study data. The study sample amounted to (341 female teachers). The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: that the study individuals from the teachers agreed to a medium degree on the degree of availability of personal requirements for sustainable leadership among female principals of private primary schools in Riyadh. The results also showed that the study individuals from the teachers agreed to a medium degree on the degree of availability of organizational requirements for sustainable leadership among female principals of private primary schools in Riyadh. While there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the study individuals' answers about the requirements of sustainable leadership according to the variable of academic qualification in favor of the study individuals with postgraduate studies, and statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the study individuals' answers about the requirements of sustainable leadership according to the variable of years of experience in favor of the study individuals with more than 10 years of experience. Years, and there were statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) in the study individuals' answers about the requirements of sustainable leadership, depending on the variable of training courses in the field of sustainable leadership, in favor of the study individuals who had obtained more than 10 courses.
