|a تهدف هذه الورقة إلى: التعرف على أهم الكفايات المعرفية الواجب توافرها في القيادة الإدارية لتحقيق دافعية الإنجاز لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، كما تسعي الورقة إلى رصد سمات وخصائص القيادة الإدارية، كما هدفت الورقة إلى التعرف على أبعاد ادافية الإنجاز ورصد مفهومها، واستخدمت الورقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الورقة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجة توافر الكفايات المعرفية لدي القيادة الإدارية، ومستوي دافعية الإنجاز لدي الطلاب، كلما زادت نسبة الكفايات المعرفية لدي القائد كلما قلت العقبات والمشكلات التي تعوق الطلاب عن تحقيق أهدافهم، وتوصي الورقة بضرورة وجود برامج تدريبية للقيادات لزيادة فعالية الكفايات المعرفية، توظيف الكفايات المعرفية في زيادة دافعية إنجاز الطلاب.
