المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن درجة تطبيق مدير مؤسسة التعليم المتوسط لمعايير الجودة في تسيير المؤسسة التعليمية حسب تقديرات أساتذة المرحلة المتوسطة، أجريت الدراسة على (30) أستاذ وأستاذة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي ومقياس لتقدير درجة التطبيق، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق مدير مؤسسة التعليم المتوسط لمعايير جودة في تسيير المؤسسة التعليمية حسب تقديرات الأساتذة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وكما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أساتذة المرحلة المتوسطة لدرجة تطبيق مدير مؤسسة التعليم المتوسط لمعايير الجودة في تسيير المؤسسة التعليمية تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية في التدريس.

The study aimed to reveal the degree of applying of the director of the intermediate education institution of quality standards in managing the educational institution according to the estimates of the intermediate stage teachers, the study was conducted on (30) male and female teachers, who were selected in a simple random manner, the researchers used the descriptive method and a scale to estimate the degree of applying, the study concluded that the degree of applying of the director of the intermediate education institution of quality standards in managing the educational institution according to the estimates of the teachers was average, the results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the estimates of the intermediate stage teachers regarding the degree of applying of the director of the intermediate education institution of quality standards in managing the educational institution according to the variable of seniority in teaching.
