المستخلص: This study aims to determine the differences between public and private education from the point of view of middle school teachers in municipality of Chetma in wilaya of Biskra, in terms of the curriculum and academic level of students, as well as on the communiation of students and their parents with the school administration, answering the following general question: - Is there a difference between private and public education from the point of view of middle school teachers in Municipality of Chetma in Biskra state, under some variables (the curriculum , the academic level of students, the Communication of students and their parents with the school administration). ? The general question has been divided into the following sub-questions: - Is there a difference in curriculum between public and private education from the point of view of teachers? - Is there a difference in the academic level of students between public and private education from the point of view of teachers? - Is there a difference in the Communication of students and their parents with the school administration between public and private education from the point of view of teachers? The study was divided into two parts: theoretical part and practical part, and their details are as follows: The theoretical part: includes the general framework of the study which contains the problem of the study, its objectives and its importance, the definition of study variables, and the literary heritage, which includes public education, organizational structures defined and the methods of funding and its role, as well as the justification of expenditures, the practical part also contains private education, its appearance factors and funding methods and its role, in addition to reviewing some studies earlier, which address this topic to highlight this study with previous studies. The practical part: is in turn divided into two parts, the first to study the procedures and method of research, the study sample, as well as the study tool and the statistical methods used to analyze the data. of the study, while the second includes analysis and presentation of results and interpretation. To achieve the objectives, the descriptive approach was adopted in this study. A questionnaire was used, constructed of 21 items divided into three dimensions: (the curriculum which includes 8 items, the academic level which contains 6 items and the communication of students and their parents with the school administration which includes 7 items In order to get a high reliability, a psychometric characteristics were calculated, or it was applied to a sample of 38 teachers of medium education, who were selected in a simple random way. After the calculation of the psychometric properties, the number of elements was fixed at 16 items distributed on three dimensions: (the curriculum including 4 items the academic level including 5 items and the communication of the students and their parents with the administration including 5 items. The results of the study showed that: - Private schools adopt modern pedagogical strategies and focus on foreign language teaching, while public schools still rely on traditional teaching strategies. - The academic level of students enrolled in private schools is better than that of students in public schools. - Communication with the administration is no better with in private schools than in public schools, but private schools involve parents in the educational process

Cette étude vise à déterminer les différences entre l'enseignement public et l'enseignement privé du point de vue des enseignants du collège dans la commune de Chetma wilaya de Biskra, en termes de curriculum et le niveau académique des étudiants, ainsi que la communication des étudiants et leurs parents avec l'administration de l'école. Pour atteindre les objectifs, l'approche descriptive a été adoptée dans cette étude. Un questionnaire a été utilisé, construit de 16 éléments appliqués à 36 enseignants du collège, qui ont été sélectionnés d’une façon volontaire. L'étude a montré les résultats suivants: - Les écoles privées adoptent des stratégies pédagogiques modernes et se concentrent sur l'enseignement des langues étrangères, tandis que les écoles publiques s'appuient encore sur des stratégies d'enseignement traditionnelles. D’autre part- Le niveau académique des étudiants inscrits dans les écoles privées n'est pas que celui des étudiants dans les écoles publiques. Anssi que La communication avec l'administration n'est pas meilleure dans les écoles privées que dans les écoles publiques, mais les écoles privées impliquent les parents dans le processus éducatif.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة الفروق بين التعليم العام والتعليم الخاص من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ببلدية شتمة ولاية بسكرة، من حيث المنهاج التعليمي والمستوى الدراسي للتلاميذ وكذلك من ناحية تواصل التلاميذ وأوليائهم مع الإدارة المدرسية. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي. حيث تم تطبيق استبيان مكون من 16 عبارة، على عينة قوامها 36 أستاذا تم اختيارها عن طريق أسلوب المعاينة القصدية من مجتمع دراسة مكون من (74) أستاذا وأستاذة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - المناهج التعليمية للمدارس الخاصة أفضل من المناهج التعليمية للمدارس العامة. - لا يوجد اختلاف في المستوى التعليمي للتلاميذ بين المدارس الخاصة والمدارس العامة. - لا يوجد اختلاف في تواصل التلاميذ وأوليائهم مع الإدارة المدرسية بين المدرستين.
