المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء الشركات الصناعية الأردنية المدرجة في سوق عمان المالي من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين القيمة السوقية المضافة (MVA)Market Value Added ومجموعة من المتغيرات تمثلت بعوائد الأسهم،وحجم التداول، والقيمة السوقية للسهم. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في سوق عمان المالي والبالغة (65) شركة، وكان عدد الشركات التي حققت شروط الدراسة (37) شركة. تبين من خلال نتائج الدراسة أن (MVA) تؤثر في متغير عائد السهم؛ من حيث وجود علاقة بين (MVA) وعوائد الأسهم للشركات، وأن عوائد الأسهم للشركات تتأثر ارتفاعاً وانخفاضاً كاستجابة للتغير في (MVA). وكذلك تبين عدم وجود علاقة بين (MVA) وكل من حجم التداول (TV) Trading Volume والقيمة السوقية للسهم (MVPS) Market value Per Share.وفي النهاية تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات تدور في معظمها حول ضرورة زيادة اهتمام الشركات الصناعية بأساليب التقييم الحديثة.

This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Jordanian industrial companies listed in Amman Stock Exchange (ASE), through the study of a set of variables, including volume, market share price, and stock returns and the impact of market value-added on those variables. The study sample consisted of all industrial companies listed in Amman Stock Exchange which equal (65),and the number of companies that fulfilled the conditions of the study is (37) company. The results showed that there is a set of conclusions that changes in market value of shares and trading volume of industrial companies listed in Amman Stock Market have been mixed among firms. It is found that market value of shares, when rising or falling, was due to other reasons rather than market value added (MVA).This is in the sense that the market value added does not have an impact on stock prices and trading volume in the Amman stock market. With respect to stock returns, the results were consists with the research hypothesis that there is a relationship between the market value added (MVA) and stock returns. This means that the returns of the companies affected by the rise and fall in response to a change in market value added. In the end, there was a set of recommendations revolves mostly around industrial companies to increase interest in modern methods of evaluation.
