هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي واقع أداء المكتبات المدرسية في المدارس الحكومية في تربية جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومشرفي المكتبات حيث أجريت الدراسة علي عينة مكونة من (100) مدير مدرسة ومشرف مكتبة واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لتحقيق الهدف منها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي النتائج التالية: 1- أن استجابات مديري المدارس ومشرفي المكتبات حول واقع أداء المكتبات المدرسية في المدارس الحكومية في تربية جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومشرفي المكتبات كان متوسطا بشكل عام (3.27) 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدارس ومشرفي المكتبات حول واقع أداء المكتبات المدرسية في المدارس الحكومية في تربية جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومشرفي المكتبات تعزي إلي متغير (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، مكان السكن، الوظيفة) وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحث بما يلي: 1-ضرورة العمل أن يكون أمناء المكتبات المدرسية مؤهلين تأهيلا مهنيا كافيا في مكتبات المدارس وعقد البرامج التأهيلية لغير المتخصصين منهم. 2-الاهتمام بأساليب التدريس والتدريب المتبعة في المدارس من أجل دعم العملية التعليمية والتربوية بحيث تعتمد بشكل رئيس علي قيام الطلاب بإجراء البحوث والتقارير العلمية. 3-العمل علي تزويد المكتبات المدرسية بالكتب والمراجع والموسوعات اللازمة التي تتناسب واحتياجات التلاميذ والمعلمين والإدارة المدرسية 4-العمل علي مواكبة التقدم العلمي في مجال المكتبات المدرسية وتزويدها بالتقنيات الحديثة (أجهزة حديثة، آلات تصوير، أنترنت) 5-الاهتمام بالمكتبات من حيث المباني، والإضاءة والتهوية 6-تنمية اتجاهات الطلبة نحو المكتبات المدرسية باعتبارها ضرورة تربوية
The status quo of the performance of the school libraries in the governmental schools in the directorate of South Hebron from the point of view of the schoolmasters and the librarians. The study aimed at recognizing the status quo of the school libraries in the governmental schools in the directorate of South Hebron from the point of view of the school masters and the librarians, as the study has been done on a sample, consisted of (100) schoolmasters and librarians and the questionnaire has been used as a tool to accomplish its objective. The study reached the following results: 1- The responses of the schoolmasters and the librarians about the fact of the performance of the school libraries in the governmental schools in the directorate of South Hebron from the point of view of the schoolmasters and the librarians were average in general (3.27) 2- There are no statistical significant differences between the mean of the responses of the schoolmasters and the librarians about the status quo of the performance of the school libraries in the governmental schools in the directorate of South Hebron from the point of view of the schoolmasters and the librarians that are imputed to: (Sex - Years of experience - The scientific qualification - Place of residence - Job). In the light of the results, the researcher recommends the following: 1- The necessity of working to supply the librarians that are qualified professionally in the science of libraries in addition to holding the programs, qualifying the non-specialists. 2- The necessity of working to promote the methods of teaching and training followed in the schools to support the educational process as it depends mainly on the students doing the scientific researches and reports. 3- Supplying the school libraries with the necessary books, references and encyclopedias that are suitable for the needs of the students. 4- Working on coping with the scientific progress in the realm of libraries and supplying them with the modern techniques. 5-Taking care of the libraries from the side of buildings, lighting and ventilating. 6-Encouraging and reinforcing the attitudes of country towards the libraries as it is educational necessity.
