تهتم برامج إعداد الطلبة داخل كليات إعداد المعلم بتوظيف الحاسب الآلي بكفاءة داخل القاعة التدريسية وخارجها، والاستعانة به كأداة تعليمية في ظل الثورة الضخمة لتطبيقات الحسابات الآلية بصورها العديدة والجديدة التي تميز سمات العصر، فقد يستخدم الطالب الكمبيوتر كأداة مساندة، لتوظيف إمكانياته لإنجاز معظم الواجبات المنزلية، وكذلك الاستفادة من شبكة المعلومات، والاستفادة منها في عمليات التعليم والتعلم. ولذلك أصبح التعليم الإلكتروني هو ذلك النوع من التعليم الذي يوظف الوسائط الإلكترونية لخدمة العملية التعليمية. ويهتم هذا البحث بتسليط الضوء على مدى إمكانيات طلبة كلية التربية الأساسيه من استخدام (برامج الأوفيس) والاستفادة منها، وغيرها من البرامج المتطورة التي تخدم التعليم والتعلم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أعدت استبانة تتكون من ثلاث محاور أساسية حول الإمكانات المادية المتوفرة للطلبة لاستخدام الحاسب ومدى الاستفادة من هذه البرامج وأيهما يفضلون استخدامها من برامج الأوفيس (معالجة النصوص – العروض التقديمية – قواعد البيانات – اللوحات الجدولية – الإنترنت – برنامج مصمم النشرات). كما وجه البحث سؤالاً مفتوحًا حول البرامج الأخرى التي يستخدمونها بجانب برنامج الأوفيس. طبقت أداة البحث على عينة ممثلة عدد (600) طالب وطالبة من كلية التربية الأساسية من مختلف التخصصات استجاب منها (583) طالب وطالبة أي بنسبة مئوية للاستجابة 97.1%. وبينت النتائج ما يلي : أولاً: ويحتاج التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم إلى توفر إمكانيات مادية وفنية لتحقيق التعليم الإلكتروني أهدافه في التعليم والتعلم. ثانيا: معظم طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت يستخدمون برامج الأوفيس كأداة مساعدة للتعليم والتعلم ويأتي برنامج معالجة النصوص Microsoft office ثم برنامج متصفح الإنترنت Internet Explorer في مئوية برامج الأوفيس. ثالثًا: يجيد طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية خاصة تخصص "معلم الحاسوب" برنامج Microsoft Moviemaker لعمل مقاطع الفيديو مع التأثيرات وبرنامج البرمجة C++ وبرنامج Photoshop وبرنامج Adobe علاوة على برنامج البرمجة المتنوعة كما ذكر طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية عدة برامج مختلفة أخرى يقل تكرارها عن (8) ويبلغ عدد هذه البرامج 20 برنامج متنوع. رابعًا: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الجنس الاختبار (T) عند مستوى (P<0.05) حول المحور الثاني من الدراسة لمدى الاستفادة من استخدام الأوفيس لصالح الطلبة الذكور، وكذلك للاستبانة ككل. خامسًا: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاختبار (ت) عند مستوى (P<0.05) حول متغير الحالة التعليمية لطلبة كلية التربية الأساسية لصالح طلبة الاستكمال بالنسبة لمحاور الاستبانه وككل، والطلبة المستجدين في مدى استفادتهم من استخدام برامج الأوفيس في التعليم والتعلم لصالح الطلبة المستجدين اللذين التحقوا بالكلية بعد الثانوية العامة مباشرة. سادسًا: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لقيم (ف) عند مستوى (p≤0.05) لصالح التخصص العلمي، وتخصص قسم معلم الحاسوب. في ضوء العرض السابق اقترح البحث عدة مقترحات وتوصيات لتطوير فاعلية استخدام برامج التعليم الإلكتروني لطلبة كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت. \

The aim of a search to find out the extent of potential students of the Faculty of Basic Education to use (Office's capability) and its use, and other programs that serves the advanced education and learning. To achieve this goal has prepared a questionnaire consisting of three main points about the material resources available for students to use education programs and e-learning, and how to take advantage of these programs and which prefer to use Office's capability (Word Processing – Presentations – databases – paintings seriously and why – the Internet. A program designed releases). He also search an open question about other programs that use the side of the program Aloovis. Applied to the search engine on a representative sample number (600) students from the faculty of Basic Education from various disciplines responded to them (583) students of any percentage of the response to 97.1 0/0. In the light of the previous view suggest a search several proposals and recommendations for the development of effective use of Office's capability of education and e-learning for students of College of Basic Education in Kuwait. \
