هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم معوقات استخدام الوسائط التعليمية لدى المديرين والمعلمين في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة سلفيت. ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، أعد الباحث استبانه تحتوي على (30) فقرة تشتمل على أهم معوقات استخدام المعلمين للوسائط التعليمية، وأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في معوقات استخدام الوسائط التعليمية من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، طبيعة الوظيفة، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة، الحالة الاجتماعية، المرحلة التعليمية، وكذلك وجود فروق في معوقات استخدام الوسائط التعليمية في التعليم من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء نتائج هذه الدراسة فإن الباحث يوصي بمجموعة من التوصيات منها التركيز على دعم الجهود لتحسين المناهج وتحويلها إلى مناهج تركز على التفكير والإبداع وحل المشكلات وتقدير قيمة العمل وكذلك تشجيع استخدام استراتيجيات تعليمية كالتعلم الذاتي والتعاوني والمجتمعي وتعزيز دور الطالب وأولياء الأمور في المشاركة في القرار.
The study aims to recognize the most important hinders of using educational devices of the headmasters and the teachers at the government schools in salfeet governorate. In order to obtain the study aims, the researcher has prepared a questioner which contains on 30 articles: the teachers use of educational devices in order to obtain a distinguished quality in teaching performance, the most Important results which have been reached in this study as followed: there are no variation in the hinders of using educational devices from the headmasters and the teachers point of view which has been attributed to gender variation, job nature, study field, experience years, social status and educational stage. The study shows variations of the hinders of using educational devices in teaching from the headmasters and the teachers point of view which has been attributed to the variation of educational qualification. To spot the light on the result of the study, the researcher has come-out with a group of recommendations which show the obstacles which prevent the appliance of distinguished quality, some of these the focus on supporting the efforts in order to improve the methods and transmit them into courses and teaching methods which concentrate on thinking, creation, solving problems, the appreciation of work value and courage of using educational strategies like the cooperative and self learning in order to enhance the role of student and make their parents participate in decision making
