هدفت هذه الدراسة لقياس مدى فاعلية تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة على مخرجاتها من وجهة نظر مدراء البنوك في القطاع المصرفي الأردني. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تكونت الدراسة من جزئين تناولت في جزئها الأول المراجعة النظرية الشاملة لادبيات الموضوع. إما في جزئها الثاني فقد ركزت على قياس مدى فاعلية تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة على مخرجاتها في القطاع المصرفي الأردني وذلك باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة للحصول على البيانات والتعرف الى مستوى المخرجات التعليمية ومدى موائمتها لمتطلبات سوق العمل الأردني وهل أن معايير ضمان الجودة المطبق بالجامعات الأردنية الخاصة لها الأثر في تخريج دفعات وحسب متطلبات العمل في القطاع المصرفي الأردني، تم إعداد الدراسة في ضوء فرضية رئيسة انبثقت عنها أربع فرضيات فرعية دارت في مجملها حول وجود علاقة وتأثير لمعايير ضمان الجودة على مخرجات التعليم. واستخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لاختبار الفرضيات وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة إن فاعلية المهارات التطبيقية ( الحاسوب والانترنت ) في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة كانت مرتفعة وهو ما يعكس من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة أن هنالك اهتمام من قبل الجامعات بالحاسوب وتطبيقاته وذلك بالتشجيع على استخدامه، وأيضا إن الفاعلية في مجال العمل بروح الفريق في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة أيضا مرتفعة ، وهو ما يشير الى إن هنالك اهتمام من قبل الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة المبحوثة بالتشجيع على العمل ضمن الفريق وبالتالي المشاركة في المعلومات وبما ينعكس إيجابا على تطوير .الإفراد وبالتالي يساعد على تحقيق الجودة والتميز في العمل.
This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the application of quality assurance standards in Jordanian universities for the outputs from the perspective of bank managers in the banking sector of Jordan. To achieve this goal the study consisted of two parts dealt with in the first part of the comprehensive review of the theoretical literature of the subject. Either in its Part II focused on measuring the effectiveness of the application of quality assurance standards in Jordanian universities own outputs in the banking sector of Jordan and using the questionnaire as a tool to get the data and identify the level of learning outcomes and the extent of being compatible with the requirements of the Jordanian labor market and whether the quality assurance standards applied to universities of Jordan for its effect in graduating, according to business requirements in the banking sector of Jordan. The study was prepared in the light of the President of the hypothesis emerged about four hypotheses on the whole sub- debate about the existence of a relationship and the effect of the standards of quality assurance on the outcomes of education?. The study used a set of statistical techniques to test the hypotheses was the most important findings of the study that the effectiveness of practical skills (computer and the Internet) in the Jordanian universities own was high, reflecting the view of members of the study sample that there is interest from the university computer and its applications by promoting use, and also effective in the field of team work in Jordanian universities for too high, which indicates that there is interest by the Jordanian universities for surveyed encouraged to work within the team and thus participate in the information and what is reflected positively on the development of individuals and thus helps to achieve quality and excellence in work. \
