This study aimed knowing the point of view of the Aden University Staff about the fields in which the university education quality is applied, A questionnaire was made and distributed on a random sample of 180 members from the Aden University staff after making sure that it is realistic, stable and used the suitable means of statistics. The study reached the following results: (1) The estimations of the staff towards the application of the fields of university education quality were not realized enough. (2) From the staff point of view, there are significant differences statistically towards the fields of applying university education quality. (3) There are no significant differences statistically attributed to the change of the staff instruction experience. (4) There are dissimilarities in the staff point of view about the fields of applying university education quality attributed to the university from which every staff member obtained his degree and in the interest of the foreign universities. (5) There are dissimilarities in the staff point of view about the fields of applying university education quality attributed to the gender and in the interest of the females. (6) The field of the educational process and method ranked the first among the sample members. The study reached some recommendations and suggestions. |
