تعد الكفايات التعليمية والتدريسية احدي الجوانب الرئيسة لتقويم الأداء المهني وان امتلاكه لها تظهر لنا مؤشرات إمكانية تقويم غير مباشر لبرامج إعداد المعلمين ومن ثم تطوير الملية التعليمية بشكل عام، هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد الكفايات التعليمية لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية للمرحلة المتوسطة وتحديد الأهمية النسبية لكل منها، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة وقد ضم مجتمع الدراسة مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية لمرحلة الدراسة المتوسطة في محافظات الفرات الأوسط ، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المجتمع الأصلي. للدراسة قوامها ( ١٢٠) مدرس ومدرسة للتربية الرياضية في المحافظات المذكورة . قام الباحثون ببناء أداة الدراسة المتمثلة بالاستبيان الذي احتوى (50 ) فقرة موزعة على ( ٥ ) مجالات هي ( كفايات: الأهداف لدرس التربية الرياضية ، كفايات التنظيم ، كفايات التنفيذ، كفايات طرائق التدريس، كفايات التقويم ) تم تطبيقها على أفراد عينة الدراسة . وقد استخدم الباحثون الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لتفسير النتائج. وقد خرجت الدراسة باستنتاجات عدة تم في ضوئها إعلان عدد من التوصيات منها: 1- تكيف الدورات التدريبية من قبل الاختصاصيين التربويين كنماذج تطبيقية لتطوير كفايات المدرسين والمدرسات ٢- حث الاختصاصيين التربويين على التنمية الأكاديمية والمهنية ذاتيا لأهميتها وارتباطها بالنمو المهني للمدرس . ٣- تفعيل نظام التدريب أثناء الخدمة للمدرسين والمدرسات لتطوير كفاياتهم التدريسية . \
The education skills for the teachers of physical education in the governorates of the middle Euphrates The education and teaching skills are considered as one of the main sides for the evaluating of the career performance .the way that such performance has these skills is in turn show as the signs of the ability of the indirect evaluation for the teachers preparing programs , and then the developing of the whole teaching process in general this study goals to indicate to educational skills in the teacher : of the physical educational skills in the stage of the intermediate schools, and to deal with the portioned important to each . the researchers have used the descriptive approach by the survey procedure since it fits the nature of the problem the research includes the teacher of the intermediate schools in the governorates of the middle Euphrates . a sample has been chosen haphazardly from the origin society of the study for (120) teachers from the area that has just been mentioned .the researcher have built the means of the study which it is the test that contains ( 50 ) items distributed on (5) fiels, they are respectively : (the skills of the goals of the physical education lesson, skills of organization , kills of the carrying out, skills of methods of teaching and the skills of evaluation), all of these have been applicator on the in dividuals of the study sample . they used the statistical means to elucidate the reslts. The study has come out with many conclusions at the light of which the following recommendations are mentioned: To increase the training courses by the educational specialists as application samples to develop the skills of the teachers. 2- to urge the educational specialists on the academic and career development for its importance and relation with the cared development of the teacher. 3- activate the training system during the service of the teacher to develop their educational skills. \
