المستخلص: العملية التربوية تعايش المتغيرات الجذرية بالمجتمع وتنمي مختلف جوانب الحياة عن أعضاء المجتمع جميعا وبشكل خاص الأطفال والشباب، عبر عدة وسائل، ولكن تواجهها الكثير من العقبات في تحقيق هذه الأهداف. من بين ما يواجهه بعض تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من صعوبات في اللغة العربية في موضوعه القراءة والكتابة، وعليه جاء هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء علي أنواع هذه الصعوبات ومحاولة إيجاد الحلول الناجحة لها. وعليه احتوي هذا البحث خمسة فصول، كان الأول يحمل عنوان مشكلة البحث وأهميته وأهدافه، أما الفصل الثاني فكان عنوانه الإطار النظري وكان السبب الذي دفع الباحث الاكتفاء بعرض النظريات التي تفسر حدوث صعوبات التعلم واقتراح الحلول اللازمة لها هو عدم تمكنه من الحصول علي دراسات سابقة مباشرة في الأدبيات التربوية والمجلات العلمية التي تنشر مثل هذه البحوث إضافة إلي أهمية هذه النظريات التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها في تفسير كثير من أسباب المشكلة. أما الفصل الثالث فقد ضم منهج البحث واجراءاته وأخيرا الفصل الرابع فكان عنوانه عرض النتائج ومناقشاتها والتوصيات إذ خرج البحث بجملة توصيات منها: 1. ضرورة وضع برنامج خاص للتلاميذ الذين يعانون من صعوبات في التعلم. 2. ضرورة اتصال المعلمين بأسر التلاميذ ومناقشة كافة الجوانب التي تتعلق بهم. كما جاء ببعض المقترحات منها: أجراء دراسة علي خصائص وحاجات ومشكلات وميول التلاميذ من قبل مؤسسات البحث العلمي والمؤسسات التربوية والإعلامية في المساعدة في حل مثل هذه الصعوبات التي تواجههم.

The education process co-exists with the drastic change taking place in society. It provosts the various aspect of life for all members of society ,particularly children and youth through various means.But it is faced with many obstacles in realizing its goal.among these are what the primary school pupils meet as regards to the skill of reading, writing and arithmetic in the subject of Arabic, therefore, this research has the task to focus or many type of these difficulties alongside on attempt to find effective solution for them. The research consist of five chapters, chapter one is entitled the problem of research ,its importance and objectives while chapter two is entitle the theoretical from work the reason behind simply making reference to the theories interpreting the difficulties in learning and suggesting the necessary solution is due to the fact that the researcher could not t have access to direct and scientific journals publishing such studies in addition to the significance such theories that can not be dispensed with in explaining many cause of the problem Chapter three deals with the research method and its formalities, the final chapter is entitled " presenting the finding and discussing them alongside the recommendation .the recommendation are as follows: 1-the necessity setting out a special programme for the pupils suffering from learning difficulties. 2-it is necessary that teachers stay in touch with the pupils families and discuss all things that relate to them. the research has also some suggestions conducting a study or the characteristics needs , problem and inclination of pupils by the scientific research institution and the educational and media establishments in order to help in solving such difficulties.
