هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم مقياس لأداء معلمات رياض الأطفال لأنشطة التربية الموسيقية في ضوء الكفايات الموسيقية، وقد تضمن المقياس ثلاثة عشر بعدا بدا بالمعارف الموسيقية، مهارات الغناء، مهارات الاستماع والتذوق، مهارات القراءة الموسيقية، المهارات الإيقاعية، مهارات استخدام آلة الأورج، مهارات العزف على الآلات الإيقاعية، مهارات التأليف والارتجال، المهارات التعليمية، التقنيات التعليمية، مهارات تخطيط وتنفيذ وتقويم الأنشطة الموسيقية، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم أداء معلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء هذه الكفايات للوقوف على نقاط القوة في أداء الأنشطة الموسيقية وتدعيمها، والتعرف على نقاط الضعف والتغلب عليها. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي- الدراسات المسحية، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (190) معلمة رياض الأطفال، منهن (98) معلمة متخصصة في رياض الأطفال، (92) معلمة غير متخصصة، وقد تم اختيارهم من إدارة شرق التعليمية. وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة انه يوجد انخفاض في مستوي أداء المعلمات المتخصصات في جميع الكفايات الموسيقية، كما يوجد انخفاض اكبر في مستوى أداء المعلمات الغير متخصصات في أداء الأنشطة الموسيقية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تحديث وتطوير برامج إعداد المعلمين بكليات رياض الأطفال وأقسام الطفولة بكليات التربية وخاصة في مجال التربية الموسيقية من اجل رفع مستوى أداء المعلمات للأنشطة الموسيقية، وكذلك عقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وخاصة الغير مؤهلات على كيفية تقديم الأنشطة الموسيقية.
This study aimed to design a measure of the performance of the kindergarten teachers of the activities of music education in the light of the caliber music, which included measure thirteen dimension seemed to knowledge musical skills of singing, listening skills, taste, reading skills, music skills, rhythmic skills, or use the machine, keyboards, the skills to play the percussion instruments, the skills of composition and improvisation, learning skills, educational technology, the skills of planning, implementation and evaluation activities, music, and study aimed to evaluate the performance of kindergarten teachers in the light of these skills to find out the strengths in the performance of the musical activities and strengthened, and to identify weaknesses and overcome them. The study followed a descriptive approach- surveys, and included a sample study (190) kindergarten teacher, of whom (98) a teacher specialized in kindergarten, (92) is a specialized teacher, has been selected from the Department of Eastern education. One of the most important results of the study there was a decrease in the level of the performance parameters of all qualified specialists in music, and there is more to the low level performance parameters non-specialists in the performance of musical activities. The study recommends the need to modernize and develop programs to prepare teachers colleges kindergartens and departments of childhood faculties of education, especially in the field of music education in order to raise the level of the performance parameters of the activities of music, as well as holding training courses for kindergarten teachers, especially non-specialist on how to make musical activities.
