تعد الجودة الشاملة من الأمور الحديثة التي أثارت اهتمام رجال التربية والتعليم وذلك لأهميتها في تحقيق تعليم أفضل وأكثر جودة في ظل المتغيرات والتطورات العالمية في الوقت الحاضر. وبهذا الصدد ازداد اهتمام المؤسسات التعليمية وخاصة الجامعية منها في السنوات الأخيرة بموضوع إدارة الجودة الشاملة في جميع نشاطاتها وفعالياتها من اجل الحصول على مخرج عال ذي كفاءة عالية سواء أكان منتجا ممتازا أو طالبا متميزا يمثل الصورة الأمثل في "التخطيط التربوي" وتنمية المواهب منذ تفتحها ويدعم مسيرة التطور التربوي والعلمي في المجتمع الحديث. ومن الجوانب الأساسية التي ينبغي الاهتمام بها وتطويرها لضمان الجودة فيها هي طرائق التدريس. لذا يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على استخدام التعلم الالكتروني ممثلا بشبكة الانترنت في طرائق التدريس ومعرفة أثرها في تحصيل الطلبة واتجاهاتهم نحو التعلم الالكتروني. وتم اختيار طلبة الصف الرابع في قسم اللغة العربية/ كلية التربية/ جامعة ذي قار للعام الدراسي (2010 -2011) ومادة القياس والتقويم لغرض إجراء دراسة تجريبية عليهم والتعرف على نتائجها. واختيرت عينة عشوائية منهم مكونة من (50) طالبا وطالبة قسموا إلى أربع مجموعات متساوية بالعدد ومتكافئة في عدد من المتغيرات المؤثرة واحدة ضابطة وثلاث مجموعات تجريبية. واختيرت سبعة موضوعات من المنهاج المقرر للفصل الدراسي الثاني واعدت الخطط التدريسية الخاصة بكل مجموعة. كما أعدت أدوات البحث وهي اختبار التحصيل النهائي وهو مكون من (20) سؤالا من نوع الاختيار من متعدد واستمارة اتجاهات الطلبة نحو التعلم الالكتروني من (35) فقرة. واستخرجت الخصائص السيكومترية لهما بالوسائل المعروفة. وفي البدء طبق مقياس الاتجاهات على طلبة المجموعات الأربع معا وحللت نتائجها فلوحظ عدم وجود فروق إحصائية بينهم. وبدأ البحث حيث تم تدريس المجموعة الضابطة بالطريقة الاعتيادية والتجريبية الأولى بالطريقة الاعتيادية مضافا إليها استخدام التصفح بواسطة الانترنت والتجريبية الثانية بالطريقة الاعتيادية مضافا إليها استخدام البريد الالكتروني بواسطة الانترنت والتجريبية الثالثة بالطريقة الاعتيادية مضافا إليها استخدام برامج المحادثة بواسطة الانترنت. واستمرت التجربة ستة أسابيع، جرى بعدها تطبيق اختبار التحصيل النهائي وإعادة تطبيق مقياس الاتجاهات على طلبة المجموعات معا وفي آن واحد. وحللت نتائجها باستخدام الطرائق الإحصائية المناسبة. وتوصل البحث إلى تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الأولى بالتحصيل والاتجاهات نحو التعلم الالكتروني على طلبة المجموعات التجريبية الثالثة والثانية والضابطة على التوالي. وهذا مما يشير إلى أن التعلم الالكتروني قد ساهم في زيادة جودة طرائق التدريس في مؤسسات التعليم العالي.

And selected a random sample of them consisting of (80) students divided into four equal groups and equal number in a number of variables affecting one officer and three experimental groups. The seven selected topics of the curriculum scheduled for the second semester and prepared plans for each teaching group. Prepared as research tools is the final achievement test is enabled (20) question of the type of multiple-choice and form trends towards e-learning students from (35) paragraph. The experiment lasted six weeks, after which the application was the final achievement test and re-apply the measure trends to students in both groups simultaneously. And the results analyzedusing appropriate statistical methods. The research found to exceed the experimental group students first collecting and attitudes towards learning Alaketronaaly students of the experimental groups, second and third control, respectively. And this, suggesting that learning Alaketronicd contributed to increase the quality of teaching methods in higher education institutions.
