هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف الإبداع الإداري من حيث درجة توافر مقوماته، ودرجة ممارسته والعلاقة بينهما، من أجل تقديم بعض التوصيات ووضع آلية تفيد في تفعيل وممارسة الإبداع الإداري في رياض الأطفال الخاصة في مدينة عمان. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمد الباحثان على الأسلوب المسحي الوصفي، من خلال مسح وتحليل أدبيات الموضوع المتوافر من مصادر أولية وثانوية، بهدف التعرف على نتائج البحوث والدراسات في هذا المجال من أجل رسم إطار عام لتصميم استبانة عن مقومات الإبداع الإداري ودرجة ممارسته في رياض الأطفال الخاصة الأردنية وهل توجد علاقة بينهما. وللكشف عن الفروق بين أفراد مجتمع الدراسة فقد تم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لكل فقرة وكل مجال من مجالات الاستبانة، كما تم استخدام الانحدار البسيط للتعرف على وجود علاقة بينهما وقد توصل الباحثان إلى النتائج التالية: جاءت درجة مقومات الإبداع الإداري وممارسته مرتفعة في رياض الأطفال، وإنه كلما زادت مقومات الإبداع الإداري زادت درجة ممارسة المديرات له. وفي ضوء النتائج التي تمخضت عنها هذه الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بتصميم برامج تدريبية لتنمية ثقافة الإبداع لدى المديريات، كما يرى الباحثان ضرورة الاستفادة من البرامج العالمية القائمة على الإبداع الإداري وتطبيقها على رياض الأطفال وضرورة توفير جميع التسهيلات المادية والمعنوية في رياض الأطفال مما يزيد من مقومات الإبداع الإداري، وبالتالي تزداد درجة ممارسته من قبل المديرات.
This study sought to identify the reality of management creativity in terms of its components and its practice, and the relationship between them in order to provide some of the recommendations and develop a mechanism that may serve to activate and practice the management creativity in private kindergar_ tens in the city of Amman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers approach the descriptive survey, through a survey and analysis of literature on the topic of availability of primary sources and secondary and to recognize the results of research and studies in this area and to draw a general framework for the design of questionnaire about the elements of management creativity and the degree of practice in private Jordanian kindergartens and if there is a relationship between them. In addition it amis to detect differences among the study population. Averages and standard deviations of each paragraph and each of the areas. Simple regression was used to identify a link between them. The researcher has reached the following conclusions: a degree of administrative elements of creativity is high in kindergarten. The more the degree of creativity for kindergartens’ principals the more the elements of management creativity increase. In light of the results of this study, the researchers recommended development programs for principals including intensive courses in psychology to develop a culture of creativity for them. They also felt the need to provide all physical facilities and morale in kindergartens, which increases the administrative elements of creativity and thus increasing the degree of exercise by directors.
