هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اثر التعليم بالجوال في تحصيل طلاب جامعة طيبة لمقرر التعليم الالكتروني واتجاهاتهم نحوه مقارنة بطريقة المحاضرة التقليدية. واعتمدت المنهج التجريبي في تصميمها الذي تضمن إعداد اختبار تحصيلي ومقياس اتجاهات، وبعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما طبقت على عينة الدراسة المكونة من 48 طالبا، والمقسمة على مجموعتين أحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، وبعد حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار"ت" (t-test)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أثر مباشر للتعليم بالجوال في تحصيل طلاب(عينة الدراسة) لمقرر التعليم الالكتروني، وان التعليم بالجوال كان له اثر واضح في اتجاهاتهم نحوه وفى منحهم القدرة على التفاعل والتواصل وتبادل الآراء والأفكار فيما بينهم وبين أساتذتهم، وفى إمكانية الوصول إلى المعلومات والمصادر المرتبطة بالمقررات الجامعية، فهو يفيد في دعم عملية التعليم والتعلم ومتابعة أداء طلاب الجامعات.
The present study aimed to identify the impact of Mobile learning on Taibah University Students' Achievement in e-learning course and their attitudes toward it compared to the traditional lecture. The researchers adopted the experimental approach in their design, which included a test ana questionnaire. The test consisted of 40 multiple choice questions selected from the curriculum of the course to measure students' achievement in e-learning course, and the questionnaire was constructed to measure students' attitudes toward M-learning and also consisted of 31 items. After validity and reliability of the study's instruments the researchers distributed on the study sample (consisting of 48 students, divided into two groups, 24 students for the experimental group and 24 students for the control group) in Taibah University during the first semester of the academic year 2012/2013. Descriptive statistical methods were used to make a comparison between the control and the experimental group, specifically, used means and standard deviation and t-test for pre ana post- tests of students' achievement, also for the pre and post- attitudes. The findings of the study indicated that there was no statistically significant difference in the students' achievement in the post¬test between the control group and the experimental group, so there was no direct impact of mobile learning in the students' achievement (study sample), but there were statistically significant differences in the post- attitudes between the two groups in favor of the experimental group, the mobile learning had a clear impact on the attitudes towards it since it is give them the ability to interact, communicate and exchange views and ideas between them ana their teachers, it is useful in supporting the teaching and learning process and monitor the performance of university students, and access to information and resources related to university courses. The researchers suggest further studies to make sure about the impact of using mobile learning on students' achievement on other Arab universities.
